PROS: This 7-11 is one of my go-to convenient stores. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly when you speak to them. They have a lot of the basic stuff 7-11 has and their prices are in line CONS: parking lot only has a couple spots and the store is small compared to other 7-11s. They don't have as large of an inventory as others as well OVERALL: i would still come here despite size disadvantages but my main concern would just be a matter of finding parking

The gentleman in the morning is not the nicest, but no one deserves the treatment the franchise owner Gives this loyal employee. I worked across the street for 10 months and made me wanna smack her every day. She's awful and disrespectful to hardworking employees who spend 12 hours a shift compared to her 5 minute walk thru that is mainly her finding any single issue to continue her already awful presence

So went into this n*** 7/11 and order five drinks and didn't want to leave my bike outside to avoid getting stolen. I patronized the store paid for my drinks, when the owner comes running out screaming that we brought the bike inside and complaining we added a couple/ 2 ice cubes to our drink. There is a N*** manager/ owner running this place so stay away and run for the hills, however I will say the employees are very nice. BTW only left one star as it will not allow you to write a review so if not there would be zero stars.

Place is good . Owner is greedy! 7/11 app says their coffee is a dollar but refuse to honor the deal . Owner told employees not to scan the bar code from the coffee cups that would give you the deal, instead they are told to just punched in the coffee on their cash register thus voiding the discount. This place/owner should be reported to corporate or change their deals coz it is very deceptive to customers and patrons. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I called and they said it was open 24/7 so I went but it was closed. Wasted time and money. Go to Norwood 7-11.

They never have coke slurpees. Once, I even called them beforehand to see if the coke slurpee machine was working. They told me it was. I got there and it wasn't. What good is a 7-11 if they don't have coke slurpees? I will never go there again. Go to the 7-11 in Cresskill. There is ample parking AND coke slurpees like you won't believe.

I really like this 7 Eleven, its super clean and the staff are very nice. I feel badly because they have a tiny parking lot with a large sign stating that its for 7 Eleven customers only, yet people park in 7 Eleven's spaces and then go to other businesses. This isn't fair to the owners of 7 Eleven or to customers like myself. I witnessed the owner this weekend place a flyer on the windshield of a car parked in a 7 Eleven space asking to not park there. At that moment the owner returned to the car. The owner was extremely polite and could have simply had the car towed. The owner of the car was indifferent and drove away. Not cool. I will keep shopping at 7 Eleven in Tenafly because they are super nice and have everything I need.

Honestly. If I could give this location no star I would. Every single time I've been there I've gotten charged a different amount for the same cup of coffee that I've purchased both at that location and at many others! When I asked why, I was answered rudely and with some mumbo jumbo about "the cup". Bizarre behavior by owner and cashier. Then one day I'm filling my cup with coffee over ice when the woman owner literally comes over and puts her hand over the tap to stop me from "using that cup". When I asked why (since I've been using the same cup for my iced coffee for 5 years" I was rudely told it was against company policy! I said ok. Next time I won't use it and proceeded to fill my cup and she actually screamed at me and put her hand over the cup! Truly a Star Wars bar scene scenario! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that location. I will stick to cresskill (and all other locations)where the people are pleasant, say good morning and hello and don't tell me to use a different cup!

Worst service. The longest wait just to pay for coffee. The most bizarre experience ever. The Indian people who work there are nuts. Worst service and all the coffees were empty. Never ever going back. If you want a laugh and have time to wait, Enjoy

I witnessed disgusting behavior by the owner of this 7/11. I was waiting online to pay and I hear the owner exclaim to one of her spanish speaking employees "what's going on here!" As he was speaking Spanish. She then walked over to the register spoke her native language to the cashier then exclaimed to all the customers waiting that no one should be speaking Spanish in here English only as it is the main language of the United States. Not only is this ignorant but it's contradictory as she was speaking her native tongue to another employee. Practice what you preach. I will never go back to witness such disgusting behavior especially from a business owner who deems it necessary to scream at her employees in front of people.
