My friend ordered from here takeout while I was with her. I tried a whole bunch of different foods she bought for like $55 worth. They were all very good from 5 different dishes I tried.Parking: Maybe 7 spots of parking but that's good enough. I think there are spots across the street too. I wasn't paying that much attention because it was a spontaneous visit.

I really liked the side dishes that made me feel like I was eating at home and the delicious food that wasn't salty. The set menu seems to be very good value for money.

We frequented this Korean restaurant for a prix fixe set menu. No-frills Korean food and portions were so good for relatively cheap price. Low expectations will yield high satisfaction.

I visited the Makguksu restaurant after playing golf.. Overall, the food was good and the owner was friendly, but they said it would close at 7:30 PM, so I had to get up in the middle of the night.. Haha, I'm from New York... so I didn't get used to it...Anyway, the makguksu was delicious^^

Solid homey Korean food. It has quickly become my regularly go to restaurant for an easy but fulfilling bite. Makguksu and their fish and meat special are the best.

This restaurant is a solid Korean spot in northern Bergen County, where Korean restaurants are sparsely located. Admittedly, it doesn't compare to Korean restaurants in the Palisades Park/Fort Lee area, which I consider to be the epicenter of Korean restaurants in New Jersey and possibly even the Tri-State area. Still, the restaurant is a good option if you don't want to make the trek to Palisades Park or Fort Lee.We ordered the spicy beef stew and the beef rib stew for takeout. They were both slightly on the saltier side for me but overall had good flavor. The spicy beef stew had a great variety of ingredients with an appropriate amount of ingredients to broth. I was a little confused as to why the beef rib stew had radishes because it usually doesn't, but the radishes didn't take away from enjoying the stew. The side dishes were good, except the radish kimchi that was sweet? The oddness in flavor threw me off because you would typically not expect kimchi to be sweet. Perhaps someone mistook sugar for salt.My family definitely plans to order again from here, especially when we are too lazy to cook but want Korean food and don't want to take a long drive to Palisades Park or Fort Lee.

Delicious Korean traditional food restaurant. I recommend you taste DDUKBAEGI BULGOGI, KOREAN MARINATED BEEF IN HOT POT & LA Galbi.
