“Very capable and genuine staff. I was assisted by Matt who was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as conscious of my budget. He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. “The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

I had a nail in my tire and tried fixing it with a plug, but it didn’t hold. I ordered two replacement tires from Amazon and had them delivered to my house. When I called Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center, they quickly gave me a fair quote of $85.00 to mount, balance, and install the new tires, plus rotate them to the front. When I arrived, they got my car in right away and had the job done within two hours. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced, and everything went smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center for anyone needing reliable and efficient tire service.”

“I found Log Cabin about 7 years ago when looking for a good classic car restoration and repair shop for my 1977 Monte Carlo. Since then, I have had both the Monte Carlo and my rare 1975 Cosworth Vega restored here. Both cars have mild upgrades that I spec'd out in broad terms and worked closely with Tony's team to implement. His mechanics are top notch and passionate about cars, new and classic. I now have all of my cars serviced here, including my 2023 BMW 230i.”
