Not only did they manage to fit me in their tight schedule, they did it for a much better price than what I got from another repair shop and couldn't fit me in their schedule. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it. I would recommend this shop to anyone with tire issues.”

“Today, I was picking up my wife at a New York City hospital and when I got in the van, noticed the "low tire monitor" was lit on the dashboard. Took the van to Ideal and saw Jason - he was with another customer, so Nick handled my concern. He first added air, then took off the tire and noticed a nail or screw in the treads. He quickly got the rolling car lift, took the tire off, repaired the tire, checked the tire pressures in all four tires, and adjusted them, as needed. The whole repair was completed in under ten minutes...perfect timing. “I love you this place. I drove an hour away to to go there, but this morning I had the worst experience. The lady behind the counter is so rude. I just asked a question why they charge 3% fee for credit card. She started that nothing is free . Some people they came here and don’t pay for nothing, you have a choice if you want you can pay cash. I told that is not my to criticize people who don’t pay for nothing and I said you also you’re not from here, she replied that she is being here for 22 years. I just walked away. “First time taking my car here even though I've known about this spot for years (I usually detail and wash my own car). Had to go to a last minute meetup and needed a wash bad as I had sap and street construction dust all over the car so.. I took a chance. I was surprised..I won't lie. Car came out looking really nice and the guys they dried every bit of the car including inside the trunk and the door jambs ! I will be going back here whenever I need a quick, and clean once over. This is not one of those average dirty water car washes lol.”
