I saw a listing and his information was there, by the time I called the property had already been rented but he informed me of an apartment that meet my criteria and hadn’t been listed yet. He helped me through the whole process, was very detailed in every aspect, stay in touch throughout the process (the unit needed some love before it could be rented). But overall I got the apartment on time and the process was easy and very professional.Alex was specially helpful in helping me qualify for the apartment because he was thorough with the application and took all the factors into account.
