I got the BEST gel pedicure here! On the pricier side ($65) but the quality of the pedicure is so good! They spend quite a bit of time massaging your legs during the pedicure and the salon is very clean! Will definitely be coming back

So far this is the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. The staff are rude! They dont even know how to file a nail. I went there for a quick color change and asked them to make my nails a tiny bit shorter which she did but all my nails are uneven and she kept telling me “its okay you just have fat fingers” like what? On top of that the lady with glasses started saying “go do your own nails’. Which was the rudest thing ever. Don’t waste your money or time going there.

They overbook and blame on customers. They shouldn't have made me come if they knew it would be overwhelming to them. And I’m not satisfied with my pedi. I regret paying 25 on this. Don’t bother wasting time and money here.

HORRIBLE experience dont come here! Charged $25 just for structured gel removal AND filed my nails down so thin. She even filed so hard that it caused me to yell out in pain- never apologized never said anything. Didnt even have the decency to do a good job with the manicure and trim cuticles. Nails broke like 2 days after the manicure. Would give zero stars if i could

I was looking for a new nail shop to do my nails. I passed by this nail shop all the time and decided to give it a try. The place is clean and the service was good, up until the end ! I was charged $65.00 gel manicure and regular pedicure ( no problem). Before I went to dry my feet / I guess the owner called out 65.00 - but I didn't pay her any attention. The dryer went off but I wanted to dry my toes a little more, but before I could turn the dryer on again- she says $65.00 . I said relax, I am not done, I am going to pay you ! Calm down ! I turned around and said you had 2 other costumers and you didn't ask them to pay before their service was finished why do u want me to pay first ! I was livid!!! However I knew what it was ! It was because i am a Black woman and she most likely thought I was going to run out without paying ! I gave the lady that did my feet $10.00 and lady that did my nails $5.00, I am a good customers and I always give tips, but I would NEVER step foot in there again ! I hope that shop burn down to the ground !!!! I am a hard worker and I have respect and dignity for myself and those that provide a service to me !!!

love this place!! I've been to another salon in Tenafly and always feel judged and given looks by the employees. At Soho, I have never felt uncomfortable or judged. Everyone is so kind. Kikio is amazing!! Love this place and will be returning here!!

Went here with my mom and everyone was so sweet and helpful! Very friendly and professional, as someone who is very concerned about health and safety I can say that this place passes my test! My mom got a gel mani and pedi and I got a beautiful full set and a pedi both of which were gorgeous! I will be recommending this salon to everyone!!!
