Horrible customer service. Sunday Dec. 17 the guy in the blue suit had a bad attitude from when I walked in. I then tried to replace my debit card and he told me he could not because my phone number was not verified. I said I have had the same phone number for 10 years and have never had an issue. I then called customer service on the phone and they said my phone is verified and they don't know what this guy is talking about. He then continues with his bad attitude saying he is not gonna fight with me and I can come tomorrow to talk to a manager and then basically got up and walked way. Rude little punk.

A big thank you to Joel. He went above and beyond in helping me set up a checking account for a non-profit. He was quick and worked efficiently to make everything easy for me as a customer.

This is my primary bank that I've been going to for years. Lots of parking, nice size bank, and the employees in their all treat me with respect. The one I always love to work with is Angela! Anytime she's in I always grow a smile and I know I'm going to be helped the right way. It was easy setting up my checking account, getting a debit card from them, and even upgrading my checking account when it came time to. So next time you come here, look for Angela and she'll take care of you!

Horrible experience. I have 4 checking accounts (all linked with the same debit cards) with TD Bank, but to be fair, I opened them at a different branch so this location doesn’t know me. It still shouldn’t matter. All I wanted was $80 in change from my business account. I only waited 8 mins to see a teller... not bad. I provided my debit card to the teller, and told her I needed $80 in change from my business account. She had me fill out a slip and told me she would fill out the account information for me. She then left and came back with 4 x $20. I said I wanted change, if all I wanted was 4 x $20’s, why would I wait in line. There’s an ATM for that. I told her that she didn’t even ask me how I wanted me change. Anytime I go to a bank and ask for change, they always ask me how I would like the bills. She never did. She said she’s sorry, then asked me how I wanted it. I told her, then she left again and came back with the cash. I would have been fine, but then I asked her to confirm that the money was taken from my business account. She said no, I took it from your personal account. I just shook my head and said, that I told you I wanted it from my business account. Her response was, well you gave me your personal debit card, so I assumed it was the personal account. I told her it didn’t matter cuz all the accounts are linked and I already told her I wanted it from my business account. At the end of the day, this review is not cuz she made a mistake, it’s cuz she didn’t listen to what I needed at all, and she didn’t even ask until after I had to tell her. This branch needs better tellers.

I do not get all of these negative reviews. I find the drive up windows very convenient and the tellers who I have had dealings with are nice. Inside the bank there were at least three or four banking people available for help plus the tellers. The hours are convenient as well like Saturday and Sunday hours.

The worst incompetence and horrible customer service I ever received from a bank. I opened a checking account and ordered checks. When I received the checks they contained a mistake so I brought them into the branch. After a long wait, Jackir Ahmed was not apologetic nor willing to help me, instead he argumentatively and defensively tried to convince me that checks aren't really used any more and I shouldn't use them. However I insisted that I wanted them and he still didn't want to help me, although he grudgingly called the banker who placed the incorrect check order in the first place and told him to place a second (and correct) check order. Not surprisingly, BOTH bankers failed to place the check order and I never received my checks (which by the way, isn't a free service, I had to pay for the checks). I went back to the branch again and again I had a long wait. After waiting for nearly an hour, Jackir asked for my phone number so he could leave me a message later that day when he found out why my checks weren't ordered. I told him I had to go back to work but I gave him a number that he could call and leave a message. He called the number twice but hung up both times, refusing to leave a message as he was supposed to do. I made yet another visit to the branch, my 4th branch visit in connection with this check order, and this time he had the nerve to come at me in a threatening manner as soon as I walked in the door, immediately lying to me, claiming that he left multiple messages for me and he needed to check on the serial number associated with check orders and he couldn't find the serial number so he just didn't know how to place a check order so he just didn't do it. When I told him he called my message phone twice and hung up twice, he called me a liar. I told him to close my account immediately and he said "that's fine with me" and he went right to the teller and told him to close my account. As the teller was getting my money together Jackir stood next to him, flirting and talking inappropriately with a female teller behind the counter. My money was handed to me in an envelope and was not counted out to me, so I had to empty the envelope and count my money myself. As I was counting my money, Jackir stated, as a backhanded afterthought "by the way, I think you might have received the check order before I checked the serial number" which, like everything he said to me, doesn't make any sense. I told him I don't have any problem getting my check orders from the other banks that I do business with and to that, he had no response.

I'm very disappointed in how they were serving me. Louisse a rep at the bank was smiling at everything I said and every request I posted. She was asking ridiculous questions like why I live here and there etc. she might have smoked something before but she did something to my account, now back office flagged my account and I'm closing it up. I don't have time for this b******** Don't go there just waste of time.

I only have one account here but I come in here for other things and everyone here is always nice and I am always struck by how there is almost never a line and I have thought about moving all my accounts here because of that. The people managing this branch should be given credit for how well it is run. It's also a really pleasant space to be in- much more so than other banks.

Super easy in and out. Seems to be a slower TD Bank so no waiting on line. Very friendly staff.
