I would give this place 6 stars if I could! My bike was serviced in a speedy fashion by an expert named Danny, and all it took was once glance before he hopped into action and fixed my bike. Would recommend 10/10, and I will definitely be returning for all of my bicycle needs and inquiries!

Absolutely thrilled with the incredible service at Tenafly Bicycle Workshop! I recently brought my bike in for a pro-tune, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did they meticulously adjust every component to ensure a smooth ride, but they also took the time to address a few minor issues I hadn’t even noticed. The bike now rides like it’s brand new, and the attention to detail was second to none. Everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about bikes. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such great customer care. Highly recommend Tenafly Bicycle Workshop for anyone who wants top-notch service and a personal touch!

Exceptional bike shop! We were lucky to discover this place with a stop as part of the NY Escape ride. Such a warm, friendly, clean atmosphere with expertise with whatever you ask (and a nice bathroom)! The parking lot has a nice patio for pumping tires and love music top. My friends and I will definitely make a stop here next time we're in the neighborhood. Thank you, Shepherd, and your crew for making us feel like family!!

Great bike shop catering to riders. Kevin always gets my bike set up just right and in time for my rides. I drive an hour and pay tolls for this shop vs going to my LBS.

I recently had the pleasure of demoing a Transition Relay e-mountain bike at the JORBA mountain bike festival, thanks to the fantastic team at Bicycle Workshop Pro Shop in Tenafly, NJ. From the moment I stepped into their booth, I was greeted with warm smiles and knowledgeable staff. They quickly set me up on the Relay, ensuring a comfortable fit before sending me on my way.
The demo loop in Ringwood was a perfect test for the bike's capabilities. With a mix of technical terrain, challenging climbs, and rocky sections, I was able to put the Relay through its paces. The bike handled everything with ease, absorbing bumps and providing ample power to conquer the toughest sections.
I was particularly impressed by the Bicycle Workshop Pro Shop's approach to demo rides. Unlike some other shops, they didn't treat the bikes like precious artifacts. They encouraged me to explore the trails and push the bike to its limits, which gave me a true sense of what the Relay could do.
I highly recommend Bicycle Workshop Pro Shop to anyone looking for a top-notch bike shop with knowledgeable staff and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Their demo program is a fantastic way to experience high-end bikes before making a purchase. Thanks again for the incredible experience!

I bought my trek full suspension mountain bike at Tenalfy bicycle workshop/pro-shop and continue to have it serviced there. The shop team is super knowledgeable, and always provides great service! Highly recommend!

I picked up my new mountain bike today. This is the 3rd mountain bike I buy from TBW Pro Shop. Every time has been a great experience. This time, Shepard (the owner) ordered the bike, unseen, for me. He did some research and contacted the bike manufacturer rep to get the right size (company changed sizing from previous model years). When I picked up my bike (ahead of expected delivery!), Kevin made sure the suspension was tuned right and everything was perfect. I took the bike for a shake down at our local trails. The bike fits me like a glove. Love the guys at TBW! Thanks for always going above and beyond.

My wife and I just moved recently and needed to find a top notch bike shop. I had heard of bicycle workshop pro shop while doing research in the past. Now that we live with in 30 minutes it was a no brainer that they would be my go to shop. Kevin, Mike and the rest of the staff were super kind and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. They did an awesome job tuning our mountain bikes and sharing great info. Thanks again guys!!!

Mike has been wonderful as has everyone there. He, in particular, has taken the time to explain things to me and has been extremely patient. They are all so very knowledgeable and accessible.
