Used to go quite regularly, service was OK. Was gifted a gift certificate from my MIL with a six month expiration. I have young children so lately has been very difficult to find time to get my nails done, but when I finally went it was 3 months past the "expiration". They wouldn't honor the gift certificate and made me pay. I can't understand that at all, how can that expire and then they blatantly pocketed the money and provided no service. Needless to say, neither I nor my family will be back again. Such a poor business decision. A lot of other options in the area and it wasn't special in any way regardless.

I love this place-EVERYONE is so nice, and they do a great job. I knew after my first time there, that I would be a lifelong customer. I totally recommend Tenafly Nails, the atmosphere is very friendly and they do great work. I will always be a customer of Tenafly Nails :)

The minute you walk in the door the owner Cathy looks you over and then comments in Korean to her workers to have a look at your designer pocketbook. She also talks about you while you are there in her native tongue. Also charges double to soak off gel pedicure if you don’t get it again. Also, she said no thank you or goodbye. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This was the worst pedicure I ever got if I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in thinking I was going to get a nice pedicure and they had me walking out like this for $40. They did not even remove all remaining product off my natural nail nor polish. Spend your money here if you want them to do a bad job!

Unfortunately, they did an unprofessional job for the acrylic, the nails came out with lumps and it seems that they have no experience in this kind of work. In addition, we were charged an excessive price compared to other places in the area. I do not recommend this place.Service: Acrylic nails

I went to get my nails done with my sister for her birthday and my sisters nails were chunky and shaped wrong so we went back the next day and they refused to fix her nails, they also lied about the price and charged us $60 extra because we got a design I don’t know what they were expecting even if they didn’t expect us to get a design they should have told us what the price would be with a design.Services: Manicure

I took my kid to do her nails she was very unhappy the nails where chunky, had bubbles and they even got the shape wrong when u asked to correct it they refused never coming back here again!Services: Dip powder

Got a gel manicure here 2 weeks ago. $35 is a great price nowadays! They did a great job. Place is very small but there is ample parking. Will go again.
