“Update - I was at the dealer for something in warranty, and they told me that I needed the cabin and engine air filters replaced - they quoted me $250 plus labor, and the good folks at Inwood watch took care of it for $70 all included!
Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. For a very reasonable price and in just over a week, my car was returned to me looking better than when I had bought it. Adam is fair, honest and trustworthy, and communicated throughout the process, I highly recommend him and his team!”

“As my 2012 ford explorer began jerking and stuttering while accelerating, it would get stuck in second gear which led me having to shut down the engine everytime and restart the vehicle, it was time to take action.
With a quick Google search of transmission repair shops around my area aamco on gunhill road was the recommended shop so I gave them a call and was immediately offered a free diagnostic to figure out the issue with my transmission... sounds good.
Well everything took a ugly turn once I got to the shop. I was welcomed with an arrogant Mr.knowitAll attitude. I asked about getting a transmission oil change, he told me straight up, he will not waste time chaning my oil because my transmission is no good and changing the oil will make it even worst, I will be needing a new transmission... so this guy refused me service because he wants me to take a $15000 loan out for a new transmission.
This guy never diagnosed my vehicle, he never check it out, he never even took it for a test drive, he flat out tried to scam me out for a new tranny... I told him I'll think about it.... I never went back and neither should you.
I then found our good friends at H&S Auto, gave them a call and went by the shop. I explained the issue I was having, we took it for a test drive and boss man himself agreed on doing a drain and refill for starts, he also ran a diagnostic and got zero codes for my transmission. After the drain he realized the oil levels was low VERY LOW, he topped it off with the right amount of oil and to my surprise, the jerking and stuttering instantly stopped, now she runs smooth as ever and doesn't get stuck in gear.
Words really can't explain the bullet I dodge with aamco, trying to scam me for a new tranny, meanwhile the issue was low oil levels and with that H&S gained a lifetime customer with me simply because he kept it honest with me, he perform the service with no hesitation and saved me thousands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

“I had my 2018 Subaru Forester for a clutch replacement in last week. While it was not cheap, it was still 20% less than the dealership. The clutch is smooth like butter and I am ready for another 150,000 miles on the poor beast.
