I used to love my local UPS store. Unless they are overwhelmed but they treated me substandard during today’s visit. Not a good feeling from this customer service…well, they just lost the customer.

Came in for Notary service after a phone call. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. Great experience, never came in before would definetly come back again.

This used to be my favorite UPS Store, but not anymore.
I stopped by with my dog to quickly drop off an Amazon return — over 15 people were waiting even though 3 employees were working. While I was in line, one staff member rudely yelled that pets aren’t allowed. I apologized, but another employee shouted at me again in front of everyone and forced me to leave before I could even get my phone back.
It was extremely humiliating and unprofessional.
Terrible customer service and zero efficiency.

I had a fantastic experience working with Peter. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’ve been a loyal customer of the Tenafly UPS Store for over 20 years, but my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. The manager, Peter, consistently exhibits unprofessional behavior It’s like he comes into work every day praying that he gets to ruin someone’s day. He does everything in his power to tell you you need to buy a box from him in order to ship or return, while every other shipping store would simply allow you to put a sticker and ship hassle free He often makes the shipping process unnecessarily difficult and has, on multiple occasions, made condescending remarks that feel like direct insults to my intelligence, calling me an idiot in a professional manner, saying I lack basic reading skills. It’s disheartening to be treated this way after years of patronage.
For those seeking better service, I recommend considering these nearby UPS Store locations:

• Teaneck: 492C Cedar Lane, Teaneck, NJ 07666

I’m giving this a two star because my family and I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been super helpful. But this time there was someone with a piercing. I don’t know their name but they were not helpful at all. My mom needed assistance and asked them to add more tape since she felt the box would tear but this person refused to add one extra piece of tape and said they are only allowed one piece. My mom bought new tape and they refused to even help her tape it with that! Their tone was also very rude. They should definitely work on their customer service skills!
