Never use their mailbox service if you are going for a business address working from home, it shows as a pizza shop and you will look very unprofessional. I cancelled it immediately without even getting the key to the mailbox but they did not have the integrity to cancel the contract.

I had sensitive medical equipment that had to be packed urgently in time for donation to Israel on a chartered flight that the local community had arranged. I stopped at the UPS Store in Englewood first. Even though the store was busy, and he was the only person on duty, he managed to quickly and professionally pack some of the equipment, securely wrapping it for air travel. He did not have a box big enough in the store for other pieces, so he found another local UPS store - the one in Tenafly - and confirmed that they had the correct size available and directed me there. When I arrived at the Tenafly store, I initially asked if I could just buy the packing material and wrap it myself in the store, as I was in a bit of a rush by then. (There was a deadline to get the equipment onto the flight.) The salesman informed me that self in-store packing wasn't normally offered at that location. He then asked me what the equipment was for, and when I told him that it was needed to help EMS services in Israel, he answered "I'll pack it for you right now." And he did, carefully and efficiently. And then he helped me load everything into my car. All the while, his colleague in the store deftly managed the other costumers, ensuring that no one was inconvenienced. I am deeply grateful to your employees for going above and beyond to help me get critical life saving equipment to people who need it. Their caring and compassion is truly commendable.

This store is consistently crowded. They also do not interpret the NJ Regulations on Notary correctly, leaving people to leave and have to go elsewhere because they refuse to perform the act on what they perceive as incorrect formatting. Save yourself the hassle and try the other UPS Stores in the area- much faster, less hassle, friendly, and functional. It's worth it to drive to the Englewood or Oradell store.

Don't drop off your Verizon equipment at UPS Stores. Their people admit that there's an issue with Verizon loosing your items at Verizon warehouse and all they say to you "we are aware they do this" and continue to do business like that. Keep your receipt handy, like in your glove box, because what The UPS Store says, your going to need it. Why would The UPS Store continue that business practice with Verizon and then give a pass the buck excuse "it's not our fault" to their customers?

Wow this store is amazing! Peter’s management of the store and his staff is really remarkable. Everyone at the store has such a positive attitude and they all go above and beyond to put customer service as their top priority. Not only do they keep the lines moving but they are also very knowledgeable and thorough in their executions and follow throughs. I would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone in the area!

The nicest, most helpful, most patient team. The store is well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Even when there is a rush, they are cool under pressure and they treat customers with a smile.

Bad experience when we went to take photos for the whole family. Very expensive and nobody explained to us that we will get only 2 photos set. After checking with other providers they all take the same price. the only thing I'm not happy with is that nobody explain and set expectation with us at the beginning.
