Darlina was fantastic. After calling numerous different BoA branches where they either did not answer me or were unable/unwilling to accommodate a same day wire appointment for my closing costs tomorrow, Darlina went above and beyond to make time for me and my fiance. She was able to take us in almost immediately after we called and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend Darlina and will definitely be returning to her for my other banking needs.

In this bank I went to open my Son's student account targets debito and the person from the count center asked me for the Current Visa, she thought she was doing a migration? Terrible Service. I'm going to go to Wells Fargo and Chase and I'm going to write here how I'm doing with this, I'm also going to cancel my account from this bank

They won’t care about customer. Asked to wait for 5 minutes but no one was there even after 30 mins. Even while leaving no one cared.

They was good and sudnely the ATM machine start te get out of service one after one and start to withdraw a torn money! .. if you tried to deposit it again in same machine they will not gonna accept it ! .. imagine that ?!

Very inconvenient and slow. They shortened hours and removed Saturday, which makes it impossible to get anything done at this location ever. Whenever they're open, they only have 1 teller at a time so lines get crazy. They claim to not have quarters due to coin shortage, although they told me the other colleagues have coins. Since that colleague was at lunch, they couldn't bother to move around, find coins, and help with the issue. Instead of finding solutions on improving the service as a bank, they choose to refer clients to other banks.

One star and it's just for the new Saturday schedule for being closed. I found out today, Saturday, July 16th and I'm disappointed so far and many, many, other customers that I'm sure are not happy about it.Also, I like to add that because of today, I took off 2hrs off work on a Tuesday to help my elderly mom open a new checking account. And it's all because of the new hours schedule.

Standing here now….Standing on line for a half hour. Literally one person ahead of me. Bank is so slow. The manager just stands there with her iPad and doesn’t help. The guy should not be a teller
