Why take appointments when you end up waiting 3+ hours for a set of tires to be installed? It took them over an hour and a half to get the car into the service bay! Unbelievable!!

Had a great experience at the Teterboro Costco Tire Center thanks to the team of Inieo, Marvin, Jon, Gabe, Sam, Christian, and Nick. Everyone was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process.
They were able to answer every question I had and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s clear this group works well together and takes pride in what they do. Appreciate the solid service — I’ll definitely be back.

Never seen such a terrible service. Made an appointment for 5pm and when I came at 4:15pm they told my appointment is at 6pm. I just came in to patch a tire due to nail and the vehicle is not ready until 8:18pm. Ridiculous!!!

Has to be some of the best experience I have ever had at a tire center. I went there today, way to close to closing expecting to get turned away but they still helped me, on a Sunday no less. Impeccable team, the technician Christian and his team helped me repair my car. Costco tire shop is quite literally better than any other dealership! Thank you to the Costco team, Mr. Acosta, and the management!

Got a flat on a Saturday, came in that Sunday to a madhouse of a packed Costco. Their schedule was booked up, but they fit me in and replaced the tire in maybe thirty minutes time. Quick, friendly service. Thanks for giving me my Mothers' Day back!

In spite of the appointment, the wait was unbearably long (as most reviews here will attest to) and unfortunately the service not as smooth or customer-centric as you would expect from Costco in general. Even so, the 2 stars on this review belong to 2 guys named Nick (one with glasses and one without glasses). Both very friendly, helpful, service-oriented. This location would do well to have more Nick-type personnel.

I ordered the tires online and they got there the next day. So they call me to set up an appointment and I already have one for the next day. I told him I needed the TPMS sensors. They said they don’t have them in stock, but Clifton and Wayne have them. So I have to drive to Costco in Clifton and buy the sensors. So I arrive at Teterboro I had an appointment at 11:45. They say an hour and a half wait so I go back to the desk after an hour and a half. They just pulled the car in. I told him I wanted to keep one of the tires for a spare. They wrote it on the order form. We go to leave and they don’t keep the tire that I wanted. So they have to search for it. They find it and after 2 1/2 hours we leave. They call me on the way home and tell me they didn’t torque the wheels correctly and they want me to come back. I told him I’m not coming back. I’ll tighten them myself when I get home and that is exactly what I did. Maybe they’re just too busy. But the attention to detail is just not there. You might be better off going to somewhere else.

What is the point of booking an appointment time if you're not going to be served at that time!? What a joke this place is. Every ghetto tire shop in Paterson 100x better should have just gone there for better service and better prices. Spent basiacly a grand to wait for what is normally a 20 min job. They scratched up the rims installing the new tires on wheels I have had tire repairs on for years. Today is the first time in all my tire changes my rims were scratched during the changing process.
And get this.
After I leave the place, I get a call from the tire center saying that the torque on the lugs is low and he wants to check it and make it tighter. Well, then WHY WAS I ALLOWED TO LEAVE WHEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB! WHAT A JOKE!

I changed all 4 tires on my car here. I ordered tires online and they were delivered within even 12 hours. However, scheduling for installation was a challenge. The earliest available time slot was 2 weeks later, which was unreasonable. Reaching them on the phone was a nightmare. It's an endless loop of getting tossed around back & forth in their ARS system. I was lucky to finally get connected to an actual person who was able to find an earlier spot and move up my appointment. The ordeal began on the day of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the wait was almost 3 hours. When they finally got to my car, it took an hour to do the job. By then it was dark, and I couldn't check the details of their finishing. Later, I found in the broad daylight so many deep scoffs & scratches on my aluminum wheels that weren't there before. The hub caps were not even correctly put back on. The hub caps are supposed to immaculately align with the design of the wheel spoke pattern, but now it's completely off. The lack of finesse in finishing details doesn't just stop there. Immediately afterwards, the TPMS light is on which had never appeared before. I never knew there was such an indicator light. I took the car back there, but they just checked the tire pressure and said there was nothing wrong with the air pressure. True that air pressure was normal and may not be the cause, but that means there must be something else in what they did that altered the setting, which triggered the indicator light. Moreover, the steering wheel is now rattling a little at around 50-60 miles, which had never happened with this car. Now, I've been trying to reach them on the phone to address the issue to no avail. As usual, it's almost impossible to get through to them.

Incompetent tire center. You make an appt at 12:15pm to wait 4+ hours to have tires installed. The workers get paid per hour, so they take their sweet time to install anything. If you purchase tires, install somewhere else or better yet just get them somewhere else. The staff is entirely dysfunctional and useless.

Horrible experience. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. I had my car's tire repaired the day before and drove the car straight home. The next morning I realized that a lower trim piece on my door was propped off and the lower weather stripping on the inner door had a broken clip. I brought the issue to their attention and they did not take any responsibility. Manager spoke very rudely when I was explaining the issue. He then shows me camera footage of the car on the lift and says it was not their fault. The camera angle was from far away/poor quality and could not show the trim piece. Overall a very bad experience and I do not recommend giving your car to Costco Tire Center by any means.

Had an appointment, arrived early, still had to wait 2 + hours for them to tell me they could not plug or patch my tire. They did not even have a tire for a common car like Honda Accord in stock. A Total failure and waste of my time. Don’t make my mistake. Go somewhere else.
