Absolutely horrendous. The driver never showed up, faked a signature. Customer support non-existent, don't pick up the phone during their work hours, the phone line is constantly breaking up even on their voice-mail, it's clearly outsourced to another country. Nobody knows where the driver is.

Expected amazon to ship through the usual carriers, ups,FedEx, Amazon vans, Usps. First time I get a package that went through this place, proof of delivery showed it went to some other house
