When we went to look at the cars we had seen online. They were not as described and had many issues that were not disclosed. (As in passenger door not opening inside causing a safety concern). The sales person showed very little interest and gave very little time with us. When I went to return the keys she did not acknowledge me or remove herself from her personal phone call. She only gave me a thumbs up ans thumbs down.

Was happy with my experience, and thought I had purchased a reliable vehicle at a fair price, however 120 miles in now and the timing belt has slipped. I sure hope it hasn't caused engine damage....

UPDATEWaleed the owner went above and beyond to make sure they made my buying experience one of the better ones i have had. All the time during my purchase experience there he kept saying that he would like to make this a dealership that my family and my family's friends would like to come to, by doing a simple gesture he did. I would highly recommend these people as they are truly trying to become part of the community and a respected dealership. I wish you guys all the best of luck and I definitely would recommend you to my friends.I purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from the dealer about 2 weeks ago. While I cannot say that I had a bad experience I cannot say that I had a great one either. I feel that I paid an ok price for a car that needed both cosmetic and mechanical work. I asked the salesperson if they knew of any issues with the vehicle and was told that they changed the oil and had it detailed that was it, I could take the car to a mechanic to have it checked if I wanted. I drove the car it seemed to drive fine shifted well and the engine ran fine, but I couldn't check for any codes due to the fact that the battery was dead and the car had to be jump started. I have since had the check engine light come on twice for a catalyst below efficiency code fortunately I was able to get the car through inspection so that I can work on that problem at a different time. Also while driving the vehicle I noticed that there was a little bit of thumping in the front end but now it seems to have turned to a clanging sound when going over bumps. Having purchased many vehicles in the past both from dealers and private parties I know that it is absolutely my responsibility to check over the vehicle I will not fault the dealer for these problems just be aware that a thorough check may be in your best interest. My largest problem I have is the $350 doc fee charged for the vehicle while I understand all dealers charge this type of fee, I feel it to be very excessive for them to literally mail me the title from the previous owner and a certificate of transfer so that I can take it to the motor vehicle by myself and have the title and registration change to my name. Again I would not say that I had a horrible experience I am just saying that they seem to be like most other car dealers that I have dealt with in the past nothing spectacular nothing bad.
