A ill informed sales rep at this location sold me a galaxy watch that was incompatible. I returned it in 2021 and I am still being billed for it 2023.Tmobile refuses to refund my money in full, they say it is escalated and give me the runaround . Go somewhere else where the staff is trained and won’t get you into a billing mess

Great place! Quick service, very polite, answered all the questions I had with a smile and great attitude! Just a pleasure!i will update my review days later. As I stated above, a lot of employees at this facility are nice and accommodating, that will gladly help you with the smile. However, some of them, such as Ana, are flat out rude and combative. I will keep my review as is, as I don’t believe that the entire establishment should be reviewed based on one employee behavior. But I would strongly suggest the management to take a look

Helped immediately upon walking through the door. Greeted with 'Hello'. Unfortunately what I went to the store for, wouldn't work with my equipment, but the salesperson was very patient, and even friendly. ??????

Sam is one of the best customer service agent at this location. He is so patient, really takes his time to help you, and to resolve your problem. He is one of the reasons why I come to this specific T-Mobile center. He is awesome!!!??

I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the people in this store. I have been with sprint for years and then T mobile took over and I still had issues. Then I came to this store and received nothing but the best serviceSam, Craig, and Evelyn are the bestIf they can’t help you right away, they will work on your problem and contact you with the best solution

We went to get new lines. Evelyn was so kind and understanding never pressured us to get anything we didn’t want. She would offer it but would never pressure us. Best experience I’ve ever had!

I’ve had one of the best experiences with t-mobile thanks to my rep Malina. She’s so patient and helpful with me when activating my kids watch. I chose to make my way to this store specifically when she’s here cause she doesn’t make me feel like any other customer or number, so takes her time to make sure I’m good

Just walked in to get a screen replaced after being told it’s guaranteed. She began to almost yelled “you have no insurance” The Spanish female curly hair must of have some serious personal problems. Her Condescending tone was unnecessary. For a second I thought she owed the store. Bad business to have worker with such horrible attitude. She needs to be reprimanded

Every experience at T-Mobile of mine has been horrendous until this one. My father and I were assisted by a courteous woman who knew her stuff! It was a quick, efficient interaction. I regret not getting her name but she was lovely! Would come to this location again.

Recognition For Maryana Zelaya?#1Hi am Katja Dalling. Just wanted to leave a review here for everyone to see..I had some issues with my tmobile account I had ordered over the phone the home internet 5G the sales rep also signed me up for a galaxy ⌚and assured me over the phone they were going to move my prepaid line over to the post paid account.. i received home internet and watch.. However i didn't get a chance to use the service.. The online rep overcharged me 105 plus 50.11 for services I didn't use..long story short.. I realized my phone number wasn't moved over to the post paid account and my account was suspended even though I my bill wasn't due... I had visited the store in Teterboro nj where I met Maryana Z the Retail Associates manager.. She was very professional ..She helped me moved my number over to the postpaid account..Am so grateful for her help .I need her boss to read this review. If you are visiting the store i highly recommend Maryana Z.. Shes number #1.Thank you Maryana Zelaya
