“As a woman, I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car-related. Even getting an oil change gives me anxiety 😂. So when my transmission went while I was driving on the highway, my anxiety went through the roof.
Thankfully, I had a warranty, but even that made me nervous. The last time I used this same warranty, every shop I dealt with acted like it was such a burden. Faraj Auto was the COMPLETE opposite.
From my first conversation, everything was explained to me from beginning to end. I was told I wouldn’t be kept in the dark, and they absolutely kept their word. I received updates every step of the way, my calls were always answered, and I never once felt like I was annoying them or asking too many questions. They actually took the time to over-explain things so I understood exactly what was happening with my car.
They were also incredibly quick and efficient. My car wasn’t sitting around the shop unnecessarily they handled what needed to be handled and got it back to me as quickly as possible.
Most importantly, I felt comfortable and SAFE trusting them with my car.
Warranty or no warranty, Faraj Auto is officially my car place. My daughter will need a car soon, and they’ll also be one of the first places I look.
They didn’t just fix my car they earned my trust. And for me, that’s priceless.”

“I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”

“I recently dealt with Jordan at Malibu Motorcars to sell my car. I am a private seller and had a kind of unique situation. I was selling an exotic with some issues and found that most buyers were terrified and didn't know what to do with the car. I was not even trying to sell to an individual, but went to major national car dealers like Carvana, Car Max, AutoNation that I thought had the resources to deal with my car. Carvana was an absolute nightmare of dishonesty, and the others were not interested in trying. I was fortunate to find Malibu Motorcars. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with . He was very respectful and professional. He was knowledgeable and understood my car's issues, and obviously knew how to manage them. He was prompt and responsive and made a fair offer. We agreed on terms, and the car was sold the same day. No hassles, no 'used car dealer' attitude and he made the whole process easy.
