The employees all stopped what they were doing to help me. A new tire was ordered and my car was ready the very next day. Very impressed and very appreciative!”
“Had some curb rash on edges of my BMW alloy rim , called up made the appointment, came in and they did the repair with tire still on rim and while waiting for car which is a plus. No drama or surprises either. The rim is not back to 100% new looking but I was aware that for this type of on the spot repair it’s more about making the damage not noticeable which they did do so I’m good! And everyone there was professional, polite and personable unlike many other places…..”

“2011 Jeep Sahara 155k miles:The mystery was solved! Two mechanics could not finish or solve the failure of cylinder 2,4 and 6 misfire. Left bank was coding and causing my Jeep to shake, exhaust heavy fuel to the point I was going to pass out and then lost heat. Two other local mechanics did not want to take my Jeep in, fearing the labor intensity and cost it can lead. With frustration, I felt defeated and looked into mechanic recommendations on THE NJ JEEP CLUB. I decided to go to JP Auto Service in Chester, NJ. I will never go anywhere else! Not only they have highly skilled technicians but their customer services put me at ease. I’d have to thank Jim Kenny for patiently explaining and updating me during the process. “Brought my sons 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back that needed some engine and front end work. Phil was honest about what was wrong with it and what it would cost. I gave him the go ahead to do it all which would have run us about $1800. After completing some of the repairs, he called me and said "I don't think you should spend the money on the rest of these other repairs because it's not going to make it run any better and its safe to drive without replacing the struts." He basically gave away about $850 worth of additional repairs because he knew we were tight on money and this was something that could be repaired in 6 months or so, if we wanted. The car drives great for a 15 year old vehicle. Wish there were more people out there like Phil.”
