They had some interesting items there. Lots and lots to see. I would consider the prices to be extremely high. When I visit places like this, I like engage in conversation to learn. The man that was there could not be bothered. Said the details are on the tags. Paper shopping bags have more personality.

Went there today and loved it. This store used to be a church and it was meticulously converted to a fabulous antique shop. Everything in the store is top notch and the owner is a first class gentleman. I bought a beautiful lamp and a vintage leather bound Hemingway book. This was a great day out. Also down the block is the Tewksberry Inn restaurant...try their Hamburger for lunch, it rocks!

This store is in a wonderful old church building, with great stained-glass windows on the upper floor. All the merchandise has been chosen and displayed with care. This is definitely a place for antiques and higher-end decorative wares; you're not going to find anything kitschy or cheap. The lower floor has a lot of framed prints, paintings, table-top frames, Asian antiques and decorative items, inlaid wooden boxes, lamps, glass paperweights, signed art-glass vases, blue-and-white-ware, leather-bound books, wooden end-tables and small cabinets. The older pieces have all been lovingly restored. Upstairs is larger furniture and more decorative pieces. Nothing is going to be inexpensive, though many items are affordable when you compare them to what you might find in a large "home store." It's definitely worth stopping in, even if just to see the upstairs stained-glass windows from the inside!
