This place has a great selection and the jeans are so comfortable. It is a go to place for us when we are in the area. The product selection is great and the staff is super. They are helpful without being pushy, and always are willing to help find stuff when I need it.

A few days after Christmas I went in to return a sweater my husband gifted me. He was with me and had the receipt, within 7 days of orginal purchase. The store manager was quick to point out that you can only return the item for store credit. I said "that is odd, with the receipt and within a week?" She then proceeded to tell me that if I had gone to a regular 7 For All Mankind store and paid not at a discount it would be a different story. I was shocked by her ability to immeidately insult me when I questioned the store policy to understand as I have not heard of this policy. When you speak down to customers asking for clarity on the premise of corporate policy it makes you and your company appear unprofessional. I greatly appreciated her ability to stay silent after her insult, hopefully she realized she made a fool out of herself infront of her new hire.

Do not buy jeans here! They are not the same quality. I bought a pair and got deployed and didn’t wear them for a few months. Jeans have tags. I tried them on and they started falling apart. I called the store and they direct me to the company. HQ told me they couldn’t help me to reach out to the outlet again. I have been giving the run around. This is frustrating and disappointing because I used to love this brand.

This store is great especially when they run BOGO Sales. I wish this store was closer but if all you wear are 7 Jeans then it’s worth it. Also the store manager who has been there for a minute she is very helpful and remembers me every time I’m there to shop. I appreciate the acknowledgement it makes me spend more money in the store

The woman (blonde or heavy highlights) was knowledgeable, patient demeanor, and really helpful. I'd drive out again just to get helped by her.
