Went in to this store for the first time with my husband and daughter this incident happened between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on March 19th (there should obviously be video regarding this incident, if anyone would need to look into this).He was trying on a red vest and in doing so the sensor was not attached as it pricked him, deep. I walked to a store associate and she gave me tissue and came to us after seeing how much blood and gave a bandaid, grabbed the vest back and not an apology, or ask if he is okay, nothing. That is where we were disgusted, like not even an apology on behalf of whoever incorrectly put the sensor on wrong, luckily my daughter wasn’t touching anything prior to this or that would have been another incident. This was obviously someone’s negligence and just that same cashier just looked at us as we just walked out without again any sympathy. Very disappointed the way this was handled!!!

Purchased a jacket at this Burberry store, was getting ready to wear and noticed a sensor was left on, what an inconvenience for me as I have to travel an hour and half for exchange. Also, was told that I can return within 14 days not exchange ONLY. I called the store and spoke to some rude lady who didn’t even give a name when she answered the phone, she told me I can only have an exchange, and that the sales people are new, no apology for misinformation, no accommodations for their error, just a blunt response of basically stating your stick with your purchase!!!! So just be aware it’s EXCHANGE ONLY NO RETURNS!

The absolute worse shopping experience I've endured in YEARS. I came to purchase my husband new workshirts and a belt. When I entered the store, I didn't notice at first but I didn't receive a greeting. I actually didn't know there was anyone else in the store until another customer entered, Asian possibly, and the salesperson (Asian) greeted them very pleasantly. I asked about accessories and the store had none but key chains so that was disappointing. Nonetheless, more people entered the store and we're greeted and assisted with their selection. After asking about size availability and getting an attitude as if I was a bother, I left the store.

do not shop here, these clowns tried to make us put on a mask before our purchase was finalized and told us it was store policy we had to get a mask on but it's illegal for somebody to force you to wear a mask it's only legal for employees to be forced to wear masks how dare you try to violate our human rights to breathe fresh air. we will never spend another dollar at this dump

Not everything is heavily discounted like most outlets. Finding a good deal depends on preference, size, and luck. I was fortunate enough to find a coat half off in a color I love and my size. I do love the craftsmanship to the brand. The coat was fitted, slimming and looks expensive.

Welcoming and careful. Sanitizer at entrance and asked to use it when you walk in. I think there was even more than usual to choose from.

I made a recent visit and you could tell this was an outlet by the customer service. The small statured Caucasian woman that needs her roots touched up (i heard someone call her Vern) is extremely dismissive. She left me to go immediately towards an Asian family and catered to them as if I was completely forgotten about. The joke was on her though, because they tried on a slew of coats and didn’t get anything ? KARMA.I overheard one associate talking to another, I think her name was Melissa. She was focused on her conversation with another Caucasian associate (he’s tall and his eyebrows were nice) to properly assist clients in the store. She followed him around like a lost puppy. She didn’t do much else aside from talking with the associate. The other associate wasn’t doing much of anything neither.It’s funny how I experienced all this in a matter of 5 minutes being in the store.

I don’t know how the person placed up front as a “greeter” can be so rude. If this is the first person you see upon entry, business won’t be great! I was TOLD.. not asked, to sanitize my hands. The tone, body language, and choice of words this woman chose were wrong on many levels. It was around 27 degrees, and I was wearing gloves (with clean hands underneath, mind you) not to mention being polite about it. This woman maintained an authoritative attitude and demanded I “take the gloves off and sanitize”; not “can you please” or “would you mind” .. how dare anyone speak to another adult this way? Please come down from your high horse and realize that you are a retail employee, and working in a customer service oriented position! If you are reading this, you should get a job as a security guard so you can utilize your natural abilities.
