It was our pleasure to have Charlie West and his associate in our home last week for some major plumbing repairs. Charlie is extremely methodical and organized in the way he tackles plumbing issues. From start to finish Charlie responds quickly, does exactly what he says he plans do, performs the service on time and cleans up and returns everything to better than it was before the plumbing repair. While working, Charlie communicated as he went along as to what he was doing, any obstacles he encountered and how he planned to remedy those obstacles. Charlie came by to fix an outdoor faucet that had cracked. Not only did he replace it, but realigned the water line to trickle outside the house if it ever broke again due to temperature.Charlie was very responsive in keeping me aware of when he would arrive, and worked with my schedule. I chose Charles West Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. I was particularly concerned about cleanliness and punctuality after having first tried a different plumber that showed up hours late and left a mess for me to clean up. Charles West is extremely professional, prompt, courteous and always leaves the work area as clean as it was before he arrived. He is not only a plumber, but also a plumbing inspector. We have used Charlie West Plumbing services for over 25 years and I have never found anyone better out there in the Plumbing World. Quite simply Charlie West Is The Best! Sorry about the rhyme.Charlie West is; professional, courteous, diligent, friendly, funny, honest, when he says he will be there, he's there! And let's face it, when you have an issue in your home related to water, you do not want to be wondering when your Plumber is going to show up! And he is also fast. If he says he will get the job done at a specific time, it is done, and sometimes even sooner than what he estimated.If you have questions; Charlie West actually picks up his phone and answers it! And if you need a tutorial about how something works, Charlie West gives you one!
