So if you didn't know, this Coach has a Coffee Shop! Yes, a coffee shop! And it was really good!! The baristas were so nice and made a great cappuccino and latte. They offer a bunch of pastries to choose from. Prices were very reasonable in my opinion. They also offer seating. They have 3 tables with 4 chairs each and bar top counter seating as well. After walking around the outlets on a hot July day, we came in here to relax, cool off and have a coffee.

OMG — Amazing Customer Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was so lucky to be helped by “Hope” at this store — she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help, even after the store had technically closed.
It was past 7pm, and while most places would’ve rushed me out the door, Hope insisted it was no problem. She said, “As long as you’re still inside, you can take your time and make your purchase.” No pressure, no attitude — just kindness and professionalism.
They didn’t have my size in stock, so she personally walked me over to the register and ask the cashier to help me place a delivery order. Honestly, that level of service is rare these days.
Hope deserves 5 thumbs up — she went above and beyond. Give that woman a raise! 🙌👏

Came in for a visit to buy a bag for the first time on 5/29/25 around 3:30-4ish and everyone in the store was so beyond nice and friendly! A special shout out is due for Amanda (at least- I think that was her name!) She made purchasing my first Coach bag on my own so special 😊 Thank you!!

I had such a positive experience today purchasing my first coach bag at this location. Jeff was excellent in helping me out and making me feel special as this purchase was a graduation gift to myself. Thank you for going above and beyond! I also enjoyed the coffee shop very much 😊

Nancy is great!! I live in PA and reached out to this store to see if they had the powder pink teri bag in stock, and they unfortunately did not. Once they got one in, Nancy reached out to me to see if I was still interested and processed my order right away! Also sent me the sweetest card. A very kind employee🥹🤍🤍

As an avid Coach Bag collector I have shopped at many Coach stores (both retail and outlet) across the country. This is hands down the best location I have been to. I called last week to place a bag on hold and they were extremely nice. Today, I came into the store and was assisted by Jackie from start to finish. She was patient and super friendly. Everyone I interacted with was beyond welcoming. Because of this interaction, I will only come to this location. It was well worth the 1 hour drive. Thank you Jackie and staff for your hosptality. I walked out with a beautiful bag and acessories.

The customer service at Coach is outstanding! From the time you walk in until you leave, everyone is so friendly, not overbearing. It is like a ray of sunshine walking in. Def not like some of the high-end stores that make you feel unwanted. And the COACH CAFE.... def a must try! The coffee is so fresh, we'll worth every penny spent! Make sure and try the chocolate chip cookies w/ sea salt!!
