“My 21-year old autistic daughter comes here for weekly counseling sessions. Her counselor, Kristin Kluin, is fantastic. She listens to us and asks pertinent questions that help me to think about the situation and give a more appropriate answer. She is mild mannered and my daughter enjoys her sessions.Although Kristin is a solid five stars, I'm giving the facility four stars because i have tried to schedule a tour of their TAZ program and they have not contacted me. Kristin has even informed a TAZ program representative that I needed someone to contact me and they have not. I understand that they are busy but it doesn't take long to reply to an email, even if it us to let me know that they will get back to me.”
“The people there are very kind and helpful.. understanding and respectful.. they treat you like a human being.. not like just another person they have to “help” (if that makes any sense)..
