Prices here seem to have gone up faster than other places. Selection not what it used to be. We did each get a new pare thiugh.

Service is fairly good and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. I didn't know my son's Crocs size and the salesman helped me figure it out. What I didn't care for was the salesman asking if I needed any pairs for friends or family because of the buy 2 get 2 free, then paying for a bag, then asking to donate.
Not a big deal, but a little pressure. Overall? Great experience.

If I can give this store no stars I really would. Google says they close at 9pm. I made it to the store at 7:55 and they refused to let me in. I showed them the time on my phone through the glass door after driving 30 minutes and they still looked at me and walked away. I told them I was only buying 1 thing and they laughed and walked away. Very unprofessional and very immature of your employees to close early and laugh at customers at the door. I run a smoke shop and if one of my employees were to do that then there would be consequences. Will never return to this store.

This was my first time visiting, and I had an amazing customer service experience thanks to Omar and Jatniela! I stopped by on Thursday, November 14th, close to closing time, and was so impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Omar was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions effortlessly. When I asked how long they had been working there, they both mentioned just 2 to 3 months—I was absolutely floored! Their level of service and confidence felt like they had years of experience. Fantastic job!

Awful location!! Staff disinterested and lethargic in making any kind of effort to sell a pair of shoes!! Store limited number of people in the store causing 20 min wait outside in 97 deg heat!! (Remember COVIDI lockdowns anyone?) so the lazy staff does not over work themselves! Never going back to that location!!!

LOVES CROCS!!!!! I owned 2 pairs of Croc flip flops in the last 20 years, that's because they lasted so long, just bought 2 new pairs the other day.

I recently fell in love with CROCS, and the outlets are usually so busy so I decided to take my mom there with me today when they opened to get some personal service! WOW! Not only have my mom and I both fell in love with the shoe, but the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from RAY AND ALYSSA at the Jersey Shore Outlets! We wound up leaving so satisfied, they BOTH went BEYOND to help us, chatting with us, making us feel both so comfortable! Ray even attached my JIBBITZ for me! From now on, I will call before I visit and make sure either RAY OR ALYSSA are working! What a wonderful experience, wonderful staff! I will be back here for sure!!

Really disappointing. Manager was very slow and Burleigh helped. Came to buy four pairs left with only two cause I couldn’t wait anymore for them to help. Love crocs the store was a disappointment.
