Danielle exceeded all expectations. She worked tirelessly and thoroughly even during her vacation in Greece - where i’m sure we bothered her too much. She was clever in her strategy and very empathetic with our tough timing situation. She got GREAT results as we were able to sell way over our asking price. Natalie is truly the best! We had to sell our mom’s house quickly and with our own families and full time jobs it was looking stressful. Natalie made it so much easier for us from handling all of the paperwork, legals, permits, etc. to showing up on a Sunday night to make sure the property was perfect. She even made her husband Kevin get out there. Go with Natalie, she is 5 stars.

Buying a home or a piece of property is not an easy task! You must for sure find the right Agent to guide you. They must be ethical and bestow great knowledge in the area of Real Estate. This business has ALL of these qualities and more in my opinion. The owner Danielle is very kind and very knowledgable too. I am very glad to have found her business! We knew when we first met in person that Danielle was the right choice. She took the time to understand our expectations, informed us about the sales process, and most importantly, helped us determine the best price for the listing.
Danielle performed a market analysis of our home in the current condition, but also advised that if we made certain relatively affordable investments to improve the property, the property could be able to sell at a significantly greater price. And she was 100% right!
