Jessica helped me buy some shoes I really liked but initially didn’t fit right. I really appreciated it because I thought I wouldn’t be able to buy them! She also gave us the VIP discount without me asking for it. Will definitely return thx Jessica!

This used to be my go-to company for shoes, sandals, and boots, but not anymore. How can a company sell shoes with a lifetime warranty on the sole, only to change their policy after you’ve already made the purchase? Now, even for shoes bought before the policy change, they only offer a one-year warranty. That’s absolutely absurd. It’s like buying a car with a three-year warranty, and then a year later, the company tells you, “We’ve changed our policy, and your warranty is now only one year.”
I sent them my shoes, but never received any updates or information about what happened. On top of that, I’ve noticed the quality of their products has deteriorated over the years—whether it’s changes in factories, materials, or something else, I’m not sure. I also think the design has suffered.
It’s really disappointing to see a well-established company go downhill, especially if it’s due to new management that seems to care more about profits than about their customers. They seem to forget that it’s the customers who keep the business running.

I had a wonderful experience at the store with Jessica! She was incredibly personable and went out of her way to be helpful. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking her out for great service!
