I never have wrote a review before, but i had to come on here and do so because my mom so skeptical about getting into a car note and so anxious about the whole process but george wall made her feel great! Our sales person diane and juan worked with her so well and made her experience all worth the wait! My mom left out of there with what she wanted! The smile from ear to ear was amazing to see! All with the help of Diane! Great salesperson definitely knows what she is doing at all times and what she is talking about! ❤️

I was helped by Gio Kadi the finance guy and assisted by Diane Estrella. Came from a 2 hour drive to see a truck I fell in love with and they took care of me and soon to be truck, they worked a spot on perfect deal in a matter of days. Gio definitely secured my deal and made it possible for me to sit in the truck I’ve always dreamed with. By far the best Ford dealer I’ve been to when compared to the several others I’ve visited. 10/10 would most definitely come back for future purchases ?.

I was recommended by a friend that bought a car at George Wall and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I had the best service from the Finance manager Gio Kadi. He took his time and made the entire process smooth. These people take care of their customers needs and it’s great because there’s aren’t that many places out there like that. Thank you George Wall staff.

I just purchased a new truck and I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. I personally dealt with Brian, Jeremy, and Gio. Solid team that makes you feel like family. Next time anyone talks about buying a new car I’m sending them to George Wall. Thanks guys.

poorly built cars and no customer service. Not even bad customer service.. literally no customer service at all They dont even call you back to update you. Go somewhere else .. anywhere else.

Experience at this dealership was very poor. Went in for 2 recalls, was told it would be done the same day, Took two days and only 1 recall was completed due to lack of parts. They never called back when other part arrived and when I called they said it had arrived a day ago and to come back in 10 days! Paperwork did not explain the 2 recalls clearly. Very poor communication and customer service!

Worst service I have ever had from any business in my life and it's not close. have had my car for service for 4 weeks and counting now. never offered a loaner until 2 weeks in. Have had to call multiple times for updates. Always left on hold for 15 mins. Rarely called back. Zero stars! Avoid George Wall Ford at all costs.

Bad experience with service. I just bought a mustang mach e a month ago and only had the car for 2 weeks. The other 2 weeks the car was at the dealership for recalls next thing i know i get alert saying the car was in south Plainfield they drove my car with out telling me and used my ez pass and said nothing and then have the nerve to leave the old windshield in my car when i picked it up

I usually do not like going to dealers because of the long process and salesman trying to get me to buy specific cars. My husband and I went there, looking at one specific Ford explorer. My salesman Abdul was great. He showed us the vehicle and also gave us some other options in case we were looking at other features. We got the keys and test drove the car. We drove about an hour away to get to this dealer. We ended up getting the car about two or three days later due to financial things with my bank. John, the finance rep was amazing. Helped us get the best for our buck with no pressure being added if we didn’t do not want certain things. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at this dealership and would definitely recommend others.

I was in miserable situation. I purchased a truck back in January from another dealership. I had the truck for a total of 6 days and then it died. Long story short Ford bought the truck back from me after several months and I was told to find another truck. I chose to go to another dealership because the original dealership wasn’t helpful. I guess they figured it was my problem now since the deal was a week old. Basically I searched around and found another truck at George Wall Ford. I inquired online and within an hour I received a call from Juan Estrella the sales manager. We made an appointment for me to come in and test drive the new truck. When I got to the dealership I was met by my salesperson Diane Estrella. She had the truck already upfront for me and ready for a test drive. After I came back I was upfront with the both of them and told them my situation. They were very understanding and catered to my needs with the RAV department at Ford. It took another month to close on the new truck because there was a process that I had to go through. Juan and Diane made this process seamless for me, where a dealership I’ve been doing business with since 2005 didn’t have my back when it hit the fan. I can honestly say George Wall Ford has earned my business when my current lease is up. I have to say I love my truck and will continue to buy Ford products.

I couldn't have made it more clear that I didn't think it was worth my time to come up to their dealer (1 Hour & 40 Mins) to work out a deal on a new car. Their price was too high and their trade-in offer was too low. After two calls with them, I wrote them off.After many more phone calls from them telling me they could work out a better deal I made the trip up. The car I was interested in was the dirtiest car I've ever witnessed on a dealer's lot. After test driving it, I was ignored for like 40 minutes until everyone realized no one was working on a deal for me.When they finally worked up the numbers it was the exact numbers I was given a week before. The whole "Better deal when you get here" was a total lie. 5 hours of wasted time with what was probably the worse dealer experience I've ever had.

Although my bill was high, Steve, who is always professional, courteous, personable and friendly was able to work with me pertaining to preferred customer discounts. I'm trusting that the work that was done on my vehicle has resolved my issues.
