I went there yesterday to return a boxed candy that I had purchased the day before. A Christmas gift that looked like the seal was broken. Once I got home I noticed it and simply wanted to exchange it for the same thing . A young black girl was at the register. I didn’t have my receipt and she told me they don’t sell anything that has a broken seal. And if I didn’t have my receipt, they couldn’t prove I purchased it? She was Going to have to call a manager To look at the tapes for the video proof. I said to her are you kidding me? I have the credit card I paid for it with. Can’t you look up the transaction? She said no she has to have proof. Meanwhile nobody is answering her Attempt to call a manager. And she just keeps taking people as they approach the register to ring them up. I kept asking her how much longer are you gonna make me wait for an exchange? She said there was nothing she could do she had to get approval. Now she decides to call the “district manager”. Finally, she gets a hold of someone and asks them “ HOW DO I DO AN EXCHANGE IN THE COMPUTER? “ Never mentioned anything about this Supposedly suspicious transaction. ?????? I couldn’t believe it. Never again will I go there!!

Very pleasant store personnel. If you have a favorite candy treat, it’s probably there. Very comprehensive selection.

?No this was the worst store ever my black kid went to grave a candy from the bucket this RUDE MANEGER screamed at my child saying that you cant touch my candies then a white kid came to do the same thing and he did not even care he did not got mad at the white kid this is the word store parents!!

This place is just amazing. Awesome candy and atmosphere. They even have anime snack boxes. Along with freaking CEREAL STRAWSSSS just about lost my mind when I saw them. Too bad I’m lactose intolerant.
