I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now because it’s close to my house. However I will not be returning. I had an issue with a new bag I had purchased. I had originally been given a few options at another store for what to do, but I returned to this one since I purchased from this store and was trying to stay loyal. They were so unwilling to help at all. I felt that no one wanted to be bothered if it wasn’t a sale. The woman I spoke to was very snooty and had an attitude. I was told I had to call the customer service line, but when I called I was told the issue could be handled in the store. I went to the Tannersville store and they immediately resolved it for me without any issue.

Awful awful service. I came back to this Michael Kors store 45 days after I made my original purchase. Four of the employees in the store that day told me I have 60 days to get a store credit or 30 days to come back and get a refund. As stated above I'm here 45 days later for store credit and they were refusing to give it to me saying that it's only 30 days for refunds or store. Again at that time I was told by the three employees that were helping me(I made a bigger purchase) that it's 30 days for refunds and 60 days for store credit. I have bought tens of thousands of dollars of Michael Kors merchandise over the past 15 plus years. I'm very very disappointed that the employees are that ignorant to not know their own return policy. On the receipt it does state that but I'm truthfully going to listen to the employees of the establishment that are helping me one-on-one about the return/ exchange. They clearly all said 30 days for return or 60 days for store credit. I will never be coming back to this piece of garbage Store where the employees are just straight ignorant people. Again try having your employees line up with the information on your paperwork that you hand customers because they both don't know what they're talking about. Thieves thieves thieves

Today was a tough day, but the Michael Kors Outlet staff help brighten my day. Happy we went. They didn’t have what a wanted but I left with three beautiful items. The service was fast and kind. Like a well formed relay team. Janell greeted and got me started, when she got busy, (not before finding and bringing me a pair of cute sandals), another coworker, (tall wavy blonde hair and blue eyes), offered her help and kindly parted when I wasn’t ready. Cynthia took the baton and finished the sale. With knowledge, great taste and overall excellence. Thank you MK Outlet staff you ALL added joy to my day today. Great job!

Not enough variety of styles. The three bags I saw on the line turned out to be missing in the store How much disappointed...I wanted to buy these three, and replaced them with other styles of bags and a small backpack and bag. There is a small episode, I do not know how to describe the feeling, when I asked the service staff for a new bag, she told me that the store only sample bags, directly to pay the bill, I do not know what to say... When I go to the Coach store to buy a bag, they bring me a new bag... This differential treatment... I don't know how to describe... Forget it, it's ok on the whole, hope the quality of service can be improved, don't hurt the customers who love MK......

I have been a loyal customer of Michael Kors handbags for almost 14 years now. However, my recent experience at their store has left me extremely disappointed and unwilling to visit any Michael Kors store in the future.The incident occurred when I encountered a cashier whose behavior was not only rude but also unprofessional. I was simply trying to explain what I had been told by another employee of the store, but the cashier showed no interest in understanding my concerns. Instead, she responded with an uncalled-for remark, implying that if I wanted to purchase a particular item, I would have to settle for the floor sample. To make matters worse, she exchanged smirks with her colleagues, exhibiting an overall lack of respect towards customers. I firmly believe that no customer should be treated in such an unethical manner. Regrettably, I left the store without making a purchase.Overall, based on my recent experience with the cashier at this particular Michael Kors store, I cannot recommend shopping at their establishments. It is deeply disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from a brand that I had previously held in high regard.

Tall white lady was rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me and she stopped other cashier from getting me new piece instead of floor sample. She also told the cashier to take care of other customers and someone will wrap my bag. And no one did . I had to take the bag as is. People like her tarnish the brands.she not only neglected me but refused to help as I was not a paying customer.

Gia the store manager was extremely helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable when I came in to buy some merchandise today. I didn’t know what to buy and she was extremely patient and helpful with me as well as allowed for me to understand the products better that matched my budget. Super great customer service!!!!!! 10/10. Will definitely be returning as well as recommending this store to others
