Foundry has a highly motivating atmosphere with knowledgeable coaches and friendly inspiring athletes. I look forward to walking through the doors at 5am and always leave there feeling amazing! Not to mention the benefits of the sauna ? I highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing gym experience!

Foundry Fitness has a lot to offer. CrossFit classes, functional body building, private training, nutrition, Olympic Lifting, sauna, and more. But the best part is the community, the members, coaches, and owners all have a common goal/interest. To have fun and get very fit!!!!

First thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and organized everything, the second thing you notice is how friendly the members and staff are. Then you start the workout, excellent programming and classes led by qualified energetic coaches.A great place to train.

In winter of 2021, I walked through the Foundry doors not knowing a soul and a little nervous. Looking back to last year, I am so happy I stepped out of mycomfort zone. Coach Kevin and all Foundry coaches are very knowledgeable and are very supportive in tweaking the workouts according to your own needs. I not only enjoy taking classes during the week with amazing, friendly athletes but also have been training with Coach Kevin with private sessions for almost a year. Coach Kevin’s programming is amazing. He is always aware that within the whole group there will be individualized programming. He will always go that extra mile to make sure each client walks in and out of his doors happy and healthy.

Foundry has been my second home for three years and I couldn’t have asked for better coaches and a better atmosphere. At Foundry, I have bettered my technique, have been challenged to get stronger and faster, and have gained a community that is supportive.Programming is to challenge each athlete and educate. Kevin is passionate about building a healthy and positive community. I actually have FOMO missing a gym day because I love the workouts so much. Each coach takes the time to make sure you are properly working out without injury and at your max capacity.Having a bad day? Check out Foundry you won’t regret it !

Foundry is amazing! Each of the coaches take the time to focus on individual technique and provide scaling options for all skill levels. The equipment is top notch and the gym is always clean. The programming is varied and always challenging. I have never left feeling like I didn't get a great workout. My wife loves the personal training sessions also. Big shout-out to the team!

I’ve been a member of Foundry for the last three months and the workout regimen is unmatched by other gyms. As a past member of the federal law enforcement community I’ve participated in a variety of fitness training regimes with federal law enforcement, U.S. and foreign military units. Foundry's CrossFit training platform rivals the latter with superior strength and endurance building programs. The instructor cadre is outstanding, with a strong knowledge and understanding of weight lifting technique, agility and speed development. Instructors provide one on one instruction with a sincere interest in the individual and their improvement. If you’re looking to push your limits as a competitive athlete join Foundry!

I can honestly say that I don’t know where I’d be without Foundry. I’ve been a member of many other gyms in the past but have never been able to put together a consistent training regime until I joined Foundry. Kevin’s programming has helped me grow as an athlete, eliminated injuries, and build towards a much healthier self. Every coach at Foundry does an incredible job teaching technique and adjusting workouts to meet everyone’s needs. It gives every athlete, no matter the skill level, a chance to be successful. 4 years ago I decided to join Foundry and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have been going to Foundry for three years now and can't say enough good things about owner Kevin Kustelski, coaches Brian and Jen. They do a great job guiding you on the path to fitness. Don't think you need to look like someone from the CrossFit Games to go to this gym. What ever level you are they will help you reach your fitness goals.
