“I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!”

“Corey saved my a$$, big time! I sent two poster foam boards that I need for a big presentation to the Sea Girt Staples at 8:15 Wednesday night. I immediately called them to explain that I needed to pick them up by 4pm the next day (the website said 8pm). The woman at the sea girt store told me to call back in the morning to let them know I needed it earlier than 8. When I called the next day at 8:30 AM the lady who I spoke to told me that there was no way she could guarantee it by 4 because it was a time consuming item. I begged and pleaded with her and offered to pay a rush fee and she just said sorry, can’t guarantee anything. Being that my work presentation to the town was at 6 I couldn’t take the chance. I suddenly remembered that the last time I used the Hazlet staples for a print projects they were super helpful so on a Hail Mary I gave it a shot and called them. I spoke to Corey who couldn’t have been more understanding or pleasant. He assured me they could have it ready for pickup by 4 (disclosure: there was a rush fee but I was happy to pay it as long as I could get my boards before 4) Additionally, once it was ready he even took the extra step to call us directly to let us know it was done. 10 out of 10 recommend this store for all your print and marketing needs. Thank you so much Corey! (Side note: when I called back sea girt to cancel the order I spoke to the same woman who I had just spoken to 5 minutes before and she told me she already started on my project and it’d be ready by 1. Unbelievable! I told her to throw it out because she refused to guarantee it’d be ready when I spoke to her earlier so I was using hazlet staples instead. So annoying because I would have been happy to use sea girt if they would have just told me it’d be ready on time instead of being difficult)”

“I have to give a huge shoutout to “T” and David at this UPS Store. They’re the reason I keep coming back. I’m here often for Amazon returns and shipping boxes, and no matter how busy it gets, they always handle everything with professionalism and a great attitude.
David is great at multitasking and keeping the line moving while staying friendly and patient with everyone. He’s always in great spirits, super helpful, and makes sure everything is done right. Today I had a bunch of boxes to ship, and both T and David went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and shipped out quickly. Even with a rush of customers, they handled it all effortlessly and treated everyone with kindness and respect.
You can tell they both take pride in what they do and really care about providing great service. This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to - and the only one I go to too even if it’s out of the way.”
