The property manager Reba was awesome! So helpful, personable, and professional! The rates are very reasonable. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend Public Storage, Tinton Falls! A++

Was in need of a storage unit because an offer for an apartment fell through. I ended up calling 2days after the move in date (never even went to location, didn’t grab the lock, didn’t move anything in). 2 days after the move in date the apartment complex called me saying that they had another unit available for September 1st. I immediately called the same day to cancel the rental and see if I could get a refund because it was $200 and they refused.

Great service. Office people at the site are excellent. CJ was wonderful—very helpful, polite and professional in assisting me in re-gaining access to my locker.

As a first time storage rental individual, I came to the Public Storage in Tinton Falls and worked with CJ. He was super helpful and explained everything to me. Definitely go in person if you are unsure of the size. Would definitely recommend for anyone!!!

The employees have always been very helpful especially Reba, CJ who now works at a different location, and Brian, they have all been terrific. I didn't give a 5 star just because I think the prices per month can be more affordable, and when changing to a smaller unit, I had hoped to get the 1st month free at that time, since I had switched from my deceased husband's name to my own. So that's it, the place is always clean and the people are friendly and kind. Thank you, be well, take good care. Cynthia Lalley McGrath

Cookie cutter storage. Prices ok, but rooms seemed small. Access to some individual spaces isnt staight-in easy - so be sure to look at the specific space before you commit.

My rent increased to nearly 4 times what I originally signed at 3 years ago! I started at about $100 per month for a 10x10 outside unit and now I'm being charged $375 per month! And the same exact unit on their site are listed for $150. After being "reviewed by the district manager" they came back with $300 a month for 6 months, then back up to nearly $400, which is still 3 times higher than my new locker!

Disgusting filthy storage units. The price was raised nearly, double in less than 10 months. They wait until you have all your stuff there, with a reasonable introductory price. Then take advantage and gauge the price a ridiculous amount, becausethey can. Greedy slime. Especially since the unit looks like a dirty, dusty, bug infested garage. I am disabled and dont have a truck, and my elderly parents had to move their belongings and move out with short notice. I saw the introductory price, and regretingly agreed to rent a storage unit. I was greeted with a filthy, dusty, abandoned beehive, cpbwebs everywhere, absolutely dispicable. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I recently came in to get information about this storage facility. I have never rented a storage unit before and had A LOT of questions. The employee there was extremely helpful and patient with all my concerns. CJ was polite, friendly and informative. Also, I was quite impressed how clean the facility was!! I highly recommend Public Storage.

i was there for less than a year. After a few months they randomly raised the rent and when i asked why or as there a notification, they said “just an increase in prices” and “it was sent in the mail” which it was not. So i was already paying rent for a pretty small storage and then they raised the rent about 30 dollars “just because”.A few months later and it’s time to leave, so i’m calling asking questions trying to situate my stuff and myself, I spoke to the property manager, Brian who is very rude and unhelpful.. I tried to leave the place after the first friday in a month and i asked if could pay for that month, my response was “no that’s our policy, after the first you have to pay for the entire month” Some places do since a storsge rent is not a contract.. Aftwr a week of moving double time, i called again just to see if o could get A DAY into the following month, so that o could get the last big stuff out… “no, the 31st only. Once the first comes, you’ll be charged” .. again this is the same person, Brian who is the property manager..The other employees aren’t nearly as rude and inhelpful but i also didn’t see them working as much as Brian.Just don’t bring your stuff there, even if it’s cheap at the moment, they’ll raise your rent just becuase.
