We love this Rite Aid. It's warm and the lighting isn't "fluorescent"! The staff is super helpful. We love the variety of product lines in every section of health and beauty.

I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism Irena the pharmacist had. I am in my late 50s with a medical condition and ask for drug interaction advice. Unbelievably she did not even turn around and speak with me like I was a person. I was nice and friendly, yet she kept doing what she was doing looking down at her pills- it was the most unprofessional disgraceful experience I've ever had with a medical professional! What a miserable person!I hope management reads this and realizes she's not a good customer focusing individual. I will never go to that pharmacy Ever again. Shameful. Without your customers you have no store

Yes I have to agree with the people here about the Pharmacy dept. some are rude and make you hate asking questions! I only want to go in there when I know Al is there! I really like him and wish he worked there every day!

Called to ask for information about a vaccine. Pharmacist rep was incredibly infuriating and rude. Just kept telling me she answered my question when she didn't. The pharmacist was able to give me more information once she agreed to transfer me.

I was greeted as I entered. I got everything I needed. Checker was sincere and delightful but you cannot tell if the store is open because the reflective glass on the windows does let you see lights on in the store. I almost didn’t go in as there were very few cars in the lot and the store looked closed

I moved all my prescriptions to Little Silver Family Pharmacy years ago, but my daughter keeps hers here because it's easier than moving them, but soon, I will convince her to move them over! Last month, I called at 9:16 am to ask if my daughter's rx had been called in. A RUDE, OBNOXIOUS rep answered the phone and reminded me they had JUST opened. I told her I waited 16 min to call and she sighed, asked DOB, made me hold for a few min, came back on and told me it was called in but may not be filled that day. I asked her how she got away with her attitude being a customer service rep. She said she was busy and had another customer. I asked for pharmacist. Al, is great if you're lucky enough to get him. Irena is rude. I got a covering pharmacist who apologized and filled rx. When I went in to pick it up, the rep was there, acted like I annoyed her. I told her to have a nice day, and she mumbled something under her breath. I started walking away but went back. I asked her who she thought she was, and she put her had up, behind the counter, and made fun of me telling her to have a nice day! We had words, and I left. The reviews for this pharmacy are awful. Go to Little Silver and you will b so much happier. I gave this pharmacy many chances, and this isn't the 1st bad review I have given them. Their customer service reps lack professionalism, and Rite Aid needs to hire better people to represent them!

This whole store deserve zero stars. Poorly staffed, poorly stocked, and the staff that does work there are rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. They offer no solutions or answers to customers with questions. Can’t even let you know if they carry a certain prescription… This is why family-owned pharmacies are the way to go. Even CVS and Walgreen’s are more helpful than anyone working at this place. It’s an embarrassment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and go elsewhere.

I purchased a number of flu products for my son, on Sunday, 1/8/23. He was at his home, a couple of minutes away, with his children, and asked me to purchase and bring to him. One of the requested items was a package of Vicks Shower Pucks. Itook all needed items off the shelf, and directly into my basket, hurriedly, and had the cashier ring them. When I got the products to my son's house, we found out that there was no product in the box of Vicks Show Pucks. Having never purchased this product before, I did not know the box was empty, nor did it occur to me to check it, since it wasn't held in my hands. He decided he needed to go to the EMO, and said he would return the box, (which was the last on the shelf), and get my money back. The cashier he spoke to denied that either of the cashiers on duty had made the sale. Even after a detailed explanation, that I was only there a little while ago, to make the purchase, he was flat out told that he was lying. After a heated discussion, which again, he tried to just tell them that obviously the product had been removed/stolen, and the empty box returned to the shelf, and that he wanted reimbursement,, the pharmacist came out, and requested that he leave the store. He finally was given $10 for the partial refund of the item, and he left.I went back to the store to pick up his prescription an hour later, because he did not want to return, and since I had made the initial purchase, I knew the cashier to speak to. They looked me in the eye, and denied selling me the item. They also said "Why didn't you notice the box was empty". Well, that goes both ways, since they took it out of the basket, and held it to ring it up. The attitude was beyond rude, by all present, and I will NOT be using this Rite Aid again, if any. The customer is the one with priority.Neither my son nor I, have any reason to lie about an $11 product, after I spent over $150, plus the prescription costs. The treatment by the employees in this store was egregious, and they are not suitable to be in a service industry!

I did not want to write this complaint, as I know first hand how demanding and busy working in a retail pharmacy can be. Next I will be filing a complaint with corporate because something needs to be done.I have been a loyal pharmacy customer for over five years. When you are dealing with the public and on top of it dealing with people who have medical diagnoses you need to be a little more nicer. We would not be shopping here if we didn't need the services. This particular woman who works the pharmacy during the day has got to be the nastiest, condescending, flippant and arrogant employee I have ever come across. She answers the phone so sweet but after that the conversation goes south. I didn't want to bring this complaint to the pharmacist, as their job is demanding enough. But the public needs to know so they can avoid this location. The only reason I continue having my medications filled here is because of convenience, the wonderful pharmacist Al and they offer prescription mail delivery. As a side note the pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I've had to call the store and have my call rerouted to pharmacy and rarely do they ever pick up..

The ladies that work in Pharmacy are so rude, impatience, and is so hesitant to help, they act like you always bothering them when you need to ask questions about your meds. Perfect example today dec. 14, 2022 at 10:30 am I called in to ask I was missing one of my meds and the lady that was working in the back said its busy what do i want to do purchase or not. And I was just trying to find out what the meds is for. This is the most uncomfortable place to go for when you're sick and need meds. This is going on for years they keep changing employees and there must not be no training in how to work with customers.

Went to this rite aid today and had to put my items down and leave. I was simply sampling a fragrance mist and walked over to my sister to ask her opinion on the scent, then a worker came to the end of the aisle and yelled at me saying: “stop spraying perfume all up and down the isles”..that “I’m not gonna leave enough product for the customers” As if I was a child fooling around and wasn’t a customer myself?! I was planning to purchase the item, but when I responded and said “ma’am I was planning to buy these” she said “well you can’t spray that all up and down the aisles!” And walked away. I simply had to put my items down and leave. I work in customer service myself, and simply don’t understand how people can be so rude, as I would never treat a customer like this.

Friendly, professional pharmacy staff. I’ve used this store for drive thru Covid testing for over a year. Recently, I picked up free at-home Covid test kits, made available thru Medicare.
