“I like the office looks like a space pod. That aside, some confusion in our booking. We were storing a tow behind camper. They gave us a spot that was not ideal. We went into cancel, but Griffin took care of us. Made everything easy. Very nice and helpful. Didn't just let us walk away. Did right by the customer. You don't see that now a days. A lot of people would of just said o well. Great work.”

“Met with kristin today, she explained to me how the public storage rental unit process works. I described what i believed what i needed based on what was left in my home, she gave me a couple of recommendations took the time to show me different units. Explained the benefits of climate controlled vs non climate control which helped me make the decision to get the unit . She was great if there was more then 5 stars she would of gotten more. You should be proud to have an associate like her in your company.”

From the very outset, Kristen has consistently demonstrated an elevated level of geniality. Her endearing warmth and perpetual attentiveness makes all the difference. She will invariably greet me with a genuine smiling face and a vigorous hand wave through the glass whenever she sees me entering the facility. “Fantastic experience! We had a last minute need for a small storage unit, we walked in and Brenda helped get us set up immediately with a climate controlled unit and we moved our stuff right in. She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys.
