“I love that everything can be done digitally from purchasing the unit to entering the facility. Check-in as extremely smooth, especially utilizing the app which allows you to open the gate to the unit and see your storage information. Shiv greeted me as I pulled into the facility and took his time assisting me in navigating the property as well as showing me my unit and making sure I was comfortable opening and closing it. He explained the hours, price changes if and when they happen, as well as answering all questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to using this facility.”
“Been renting here since 2021 and Gary is the reason I've stayed. Life happens and I got behind, and instead of just letting the process run its course he actually went to bat for me so I could get things right. Then he called me himself to let me know it was handled. That's not something you get at most storage places.. usually you're just a unit number on a list. Gary treats people like people. Facility's clean, access is easy, no issues in five years, but honestly it's the way he handles things that makes the difference. Appreciate you Gary.”

The facility manager was understanding and professional and took the time to bring my situation to upper management. They reviewed the circumstances and worked with me to reach a very fair resolution, which I greatly appreciated.

“I like Public Storage. It has easy access through the security entrance and exit with individual codes. The entrance to my building always has a working cart by the elevator. It’s clean and well lit. I chose 4 out of 5 stars because, in my experience, there usually isn’t someone manning the office for answering the phone or for on site assistance. I haven’t needed someone often, but was frustrated when l did. Overall, it works fine for me and the introductory price started very low.”
