“All 5 stars are for Troy!I purchased an outfit for my husband last Sunday and it was too big. Adidas has been having a big sale and I was concerned about his size selling out.Upon arrival, I'm immediately greeted by Troy. I tell him what I need and he describes the most efficient process in achieving it. I see my husband's size in the top but not the bottom. I return to Troy, he scans the tag and assures me there's 1 left in the store. The search which ensued was nothing less than the Hunt for Red October (IYKYK). After a solid 10 minutes, he found it! He appeared happier than I was. I appreciate Troy & all retail service providers who make shopping easier by providing great service! THANK YOU, TROY!”

“If you wear a size 11 shoe this outlet has plenty of options. Most items are on some type of sale between 20-60% off. Variety of styles and colors. Definitely glad I came here for my first ever pair of uggs. Staff could be a more attentive, and accessible to answer questions, instead of socializing at the counter. Other than that well definitely be going back for my uggs in the future”

“Skechers as a brand I am not here to review as it doesn’t need one, my review is about this store and 2 different types of associate working there, There was guy who is working there just to fullfill his hours and do fixed hours and pay job , least interested in customer satisfaction. I wish i had his name while writing this review so you be aware and not ask any help from him he is just a show off that he is there to help but he is not. On the other hand this lady Gaby Stovel - forgive me if i have your spelling incorrect but she was so helpful and she was ready to do anything she could to assist us with our questions at check out with so much petitions and while one of our coupons failed that guy left in between the billing she took care of everything even thougb it took a while and she ended up with returning the stuff first and re bill everything so we could get extra discount. Appreciate all your help and shout out loud for Gaby !!!!!”

“Needed running shoes, 2 young African American were very helpful when asked their opinion.Sean, cashier was exceptional.The store was open an hr and people already rude to staff.Cashiers forced by management or corporate to ask ridiculous question, "did you find what you need"? prompting a guy to respond with rude comments.Nike! Wth!? You have hard working employees showing up and being forced to ask inane questions leading to mistreatment!I felt badly for Sean, when he thanked me for being nice, like it was unusual.Would you like your son/brother treated badly for working at a low paying, busy store and putting up with entitled people.Giving one star because of one hr store opening/closing difference is petty.Staffing is low maybe because of rude customers and they didn't have an opener.People threatening to not return, GOOD! I'm sure you won't be missed.Why can't people be kind? We're all going through stuff!!”
