Katie on the sales floor was incredibly helpful and spent more than 35 minutes with me suggesting options and helping me put together different outfit ideas. She was welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find something I felt great in.
We also spent quite a bit of time in the dressing room while I figured out the perfect combination, and John was wonderful. My husband and I were there for a while, and John remained kind, attentive, and accommodating the entire time.
Both Katie and John provided outstanding customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable. Employees like them truly make a difference, and I wanted to make sure their great service was recognized.”

Lynn was very helpful in the fitting room with finding us other sizes as well. “I really like this store! In UK people really like this store and it has more items for a men there. You can find some interesting things for women also. In the summer it had really good variety but in the winter I liked more what they can offer for the men. For example I dislike not natural fabric and for women all pullovers and cardigans were from acrylic :( but really good prices! I recommend to go from 17 of November (50-6 percents discount) and winter holidays :) this is outlet so it always have some offers anyway!”

“Our cashier Evan was very helpful and friendly. He struck up a conversation while ringing up our large order instead of getting annoyed like other places would have been with such a large purchase. “We always have an excellent experience at this location. While we have been to other Theory stores, this one has the best service by far. The associates go out of their way to help you, look for sizes and offer guidance on fits and styles. They will even send you updates when new merchandise comes in.
On our recent visit, the manager Twayla and Tyler spent a lot of time helping me pick out so many great styles and outfits. I really appreciated all of the care they gave me and I left thrilled with each item I purchased.

“Yo this store I stopped by recently and was blown away by the experience. They have an incredible collection everything is well organized, stylish, and easy to browse through. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the staff lowkey it was just one guy . Every employee I talked to was super friendly and sadly eagles fan . We even ended up chatting about sports for a while — it felt more like talking with friends than shopping.
On top of that, they went above and beyond to help me score 20% off for the entire year, which was such a nice surprise. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy and u save money

“The women in there was awesome and super helpful. I wish I knew her name but shes said shes been there for years. Anyway I was just poking around and wound up leaving with 2 full outfits and a pair of matching sneakers for under 250. Definite score. I will be back there for some winter gear when it arrives.

I told her she should be an angel for Halloween because she was an angel for me in the store yesterday lol.
