The Manager was in the store and lied to us that Manager don’t allow for the things the staff was very nice but the Manager was very rude to us. Never visit the store again

I came into Sketchers today to buy walking sneakers. Alejandro was very pleasant and patient in helping me find the right fit and style. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He is one of the best by far that I ever experienced with excellent customer satisfaction! He deserves 10 stars!🌟

Stopped by to get the slip on shows for myself and my Dad. I have been wearing them a while and love the way they feel. I bought a second pair for myself today with a different look and my dad picked up a pair as well

This review is not about the shoes. The store looked pretty neat and selection was pretty good. I had a big problem with how cold it was inside the store!! It was so uncomfortable that I really couldn't shop because my hands were so cold and it took all the fun out of shopping. It was warmer outside then it was in the store 🙄. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work in the cold even though they are inside a building!!!
Something needs to be done!!!! Please corporate look into this very cold store.

Rude woman working there. Asked if she potentially had other sizes in the back, she said we do, but she wasn't sure of that specific shoe. She came back and said she didn't have it, if she even checked. I had one shoe picked out, was picking out another and was talking to a worker there about the style because it seems every shoe has some different feature. She just walks by without hearing anything and says all of our shoes are out on the floor, there are no other sizes in the back (contradicting what she already said, but that's not even the point) I said thank you, that's not what I asked and put the shoes I was going to buy back. I'll stick with other brands where their workers aren't rude and unhelpful

Honestly, could be better with the sizes. And the prices seem to be more expensive then other stores online.
