Lovely store, one of my favorites at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. I was able to return a Swarovski website purchase here quickly and easily, and I ended up doing some shopping as well. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Well yes!!! Gorgeous location, amazing customer service, and products to die for. You’ll really feel like Michelle Visage with some of these products, I recommend the Swarovski tennis necklace. A gag and a chew, that much is for sure!

Went to this store about 2 weeks ago to get a graduation present. Lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. Gave me a gift receipt and wrapped my bag with tissue paper and a bow without asking.Went again tonight to get another graduation present and the store was locked 20 min before they even closed. Once I got in I was being watched and rushed the whole time. Got what I needed and store still wasn’t supposed to close for another 10 min. The lady who rang me up threw the box in the bag and handed it to me. No gift receipt no wrapping paper. When I asked her to wrap it she rudely crumbled up tissue paper and threw it in the bag. I worked in those outlets so I understand the rush of wanting to go home, but it would’ve taken 2 seconds to make it look nice.
