Very quick to open a new account. The only issue is we should’ve received copies of all the paperwork and we did not. The wait wasn’t long either, but we were not acknowledged when we walked in and waited.

I had an issue with TD bank and Robert the manager took care of it and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It wasn't an issue with the branch but with the company and a policy of theirs. Customer service is key with all the choices we have and Robert provided it. Thank you!
