Make people stand outside in the cold to have an artificial line to look busy. Store is open and they have 25 people in the cold. What are you doing in there.
Edit. Once you get into the store there's like 10 people working but one person worth working. The register. When someone gets the register and they need something, everyone stops what they're doing and waits for that person to go pick out new shoes. They don't advance the line. They don't ask for the next person. Waste of everyone's time

I purchase from Ugg all the time… this store and phone customer service had no answers for me when I asked why my transaction never attached to my Ugg account. They don’t take Apple Pay. So they imputed my information on an iPad and they said that not all transactions get linked that way.
I find that highly unprofessional in a big company such as Ugg cannot find a solution to this problem.
