Rachel was extremely rude (manger ) she would not let me exchange a gift I received in the wrong size .But allowed a lady prior to me to exchange the only difference was color !! I am a rewards customer and never been treated this bad anywhere. she also proceeds to scream have a blessed day ! As I was exiting the store as if sarcasm was necessary, as I already felt humiliated!

One lady was very receptive on helping me as a customer. However, majority of the staff here is very disinterested and helping you and just stand there staring at you like you have TEN HEADS. Very disappointing to see how retail has gone down the drain. Would recommend any other UGG outlet.

I have been a retail manager for over 20 years. I drove here today to buy 4 pairs of boots. I was at another Ugg outlet yesterday but didn’t buy because they didn’t have all the sizes. One of the boots was marked at 40% off yesterday vs. this location had it at 30% off. I kindly asked the manager if they would honor the price as I was buying 4 pairs. Without even thought, “No, sorry I cannot”. That is so unbelievable to me to let $500 sale walk out the door. You won’t give the additional $8 off and lose the sale? No concept of customer service. Date of visit was 12/15, female manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful.

Paul really helped me out today after I was told by the black girl at the register that they don't use apple pay because it wasn't working, I stood around for a minute trying to figure out how I was gonna get my stuff I only had apple pay and I saw Paul so I approached him and of course he was professional an very nice to me, he helped me cash my stuff out with the apply pay that the girl told me wasn't working and I'm grateful for his help I drove 30mins to come here for uggs thank you Paul.

Very bad customer experience the sales men are hanging around the desk not interested to help unless u ask. They should take interest and help the customer what they want.

If you wear a size 11 shoe this outlet has plenty of options. Most items are on some type of sale between 20-60% off. Variety of styles and colors. Definitely glad I came here for my first ever pair of uggs. Staff could be a more attentive, and accessible to answer questions, instead of socializing at the counter. Other than that well definitely be going back for my uggs in the future

If you thinking about coming to the store, I’m going to give you a heads up. I was waiting online almost an hour and 10 minutes.. the store is empty. I don’t know why they create a line to go in. You have little kids and families waiting outside in the cold standing up. this is the only store in the outlet that’s doing this it’s ridiculous. I didn’t buy nothing. The only reason why I stayed in line because I wanted to take pictures and show you guys how empty the store is. every weekend when you come here they have a line. if you want to save time, go somewhere else.

I had a bed experience today… I was in the line when my son wanted run to a restroom (he is just 6yo). So, when it was my time to get in I asked if I can come in and my husband and son will join me later. The lady on the entrance said yes. But 5 minutes later when ny husband and son came back they didn’t let them in. So, now they are staying in line again. It took us to stay in line about 20 minutes, and now my son is in line again. I explained this situation to the manager of the store, but she didn’t let them get in become the line was huge. So, thank you for your hospitality!
