I am an account holder at UTF for many years and I had beat experience with my HE loan with Meera Singh at North Brunswick branch and Loan team, it was a breeze to complete whole process in very few days. I am very satisfied and grateful

Although Jodi at the main bank was AMAZING good luck to any one who needs to call the folks at customer service for the checking credit card…. Put at least 2hrs aside and prepare to get false info. And if u need an expedited card… I warn u to fallow up the next day… it probably wasn’t sent that way

I had the pleasure speaking to Jodi recently, regarding my concerns with a debit withdrawal. As Jodi has done with my previous concerns over the past number of years, she has gone above what most customer service providers would do with her knowledge and determination. When I speak to her I know my concerns are going to be professionally handled! Her commitment and dedication to her members is second to none. Jodi is what the gold standard should look like!

Jodi Mack. Formally at the IFF Credit Union is an example of a terrific employee. She's always willing to help under any circumstance, even if she has a day off. She always responds quickly to my texts and calls and completes the task that I requested. She's the best.

My experience with the Senior Member Direct Associate was terrible and extremely disappointing since I’ve been a member for over 30 years. However, upon receiving my complaint, Jody, Jeanne and Antonella contacted me right away, listened to my concerns and was able to quickly facilitate my loan. What started out as a bad experience ending up being great! Aside from the Sales person, these three people truly care and value their customers and experience!

One of the worst customer service , they asked for the the return call. No follow up call.They are problem creator or make it more complicated instead of resolving it.Below is the rationales behind all of my concerns:UTF Customer ServiceI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues related to my UTF account and auto loan. Just recently right after my google review, I received an unexpected email from UTF, asking me to log in and check the status of my account, even though it had been locked for almost two years.Allow me to provide some additional information. I applied to UTF for an auto loan and had been making my payments through direct deposit until I was suddenly locked out of my account. Unfortunately, there are no UTF locations nearby, making it impossible for me to make payments in person or through ATM or online methods. (I finally and luckily directed by a customer agent to make a payment by a third party , of course, they have been charging me for using their service)This situation has created significant challenges for me in making payments. Despite making multiple calls to customer service for help, I have struggled to reach UTF, and when I did manage to get through, I received conflicting information from different agents.However, the most distressing incident occurred. To my disbelief, UTF had my car towed in the middle of the night, causing great embarrassment in front of my family and neighbors. Can you believe it? This happened due to a missing payment, even though I had been consistently or at least diligently trying to find a solution to make all my payments on time for many years.The consequences of this incident have been substantial. I was unable to go to work that day, resulting in a loss of income. Additionally, I had to deal with the towing company and incurred charges of approximately $350. Furthermore, UTF added an additional fee of around $600 (exact amount not recalled).In order to protect my health and well-being and escape the distress caused by UTF, I had to borrow money and paid off the auto loan about three-four months ago. However, despite repeatedly calling and emailing customer service to request the release of my title, I have received no response.On July 3rd, following a thorough review, a UTF representative called me assuring me that someone would reach out to me that day. Once again, I had no luck as no communication was received.I have reached a breaking point, both mentally and physically, and I sincerely request some relief. Please expedite the process of releasing my title, freeing me from the overwhelming stress and frustration caused by UTF.I apologize for the length of this message, but it was important for me to provide the reasons behind my deep frustration. I eagerly await your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

After my review on Google a week ago, I received a response from the company stating that their Member Care team has been notified about my experience. They provided a phone number, 732-530-8100 ext. 2530, and requested that I contact them so they can assist me further. Unfortunately, despite calling multiple times, I was unable to reach a representative. Each time I called, I was directed to a call back option, but no one ever returned my call. This has been a frustrating experience as I have been waiting for a response. Finally, a few days ago, I was able to speak with an agent. I expressed my dissatisfaction with UTF and requested my car title since I have already paid off the loan. Surprisingly, the agent couldn't provide me with a definite answer and insisted that someone would call me back. However, as expected, nobody has reached out to me. In the last 30 minutes, I have been continuously trying to reach someone at UTF, but without success. This whole situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated, and I'm not sure what steps to take next regarding my dealings with this credit union. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer. Regenerate response

This credit union is terrible. Their commitment to the customer is non existent. There has been a money transferring issue since May of this years and now it is July and they have done nothing to correct the problem. My money is being held hostage and they show no interest in fixing the problem. I would not recommend them. I gave them one star but zero would have been more appropriate.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I recently purchased a home and we got our mortgage through United Teletech. As first-time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing, but Stacey and Eunice were absolutely AMAZING! They helped us through the process, and they were both there for any and all questions we had. I reccomend United Teletech to anyone I know that is considering buying a house. Thank you Stacey and Eunice for all you did to help us! You're the absolute BEST ❤️

I had an issue with the A2A transfer system, and I spoke with Kaylen Fiore who was extremely helpful and very very Patient with me. She went the extra mile and spent time with me to correct the error. I am happy to say my accounts are in good order and I am able to make internal and external transfers now thank you to Kaylen. This is the reason why I chose to bank with United Teletech. Thank you, Kayen!

There customer services is a joke. I had a disputed charge from over two weeks ago that has yet to receive any resolution. They claim they sent me a letter asking for more information after I was told I would receive the charge back. I have been passed around to just about every department they have. Now their newest game is that they can’t see the the claim I filed. After being on hold for almost an hour another rep told me it would take a minimum of 60 days to get my funds returned. I have been with this institution for over 10 years, I have never filed a dispute, I have always paid my bills on time and never disputed their obscene overdraft policy. But now when I need their protection this is the service I get, unacceptable.At 1:54 5/30/23Tatiana reached out to me with resolution to my issue, was sympathetic to my frustration and had the disputed funds returned to my account. I appreciate the attention she gave this matter and the expediency in which she executed her action. I will continue to be a UTT member for the foreseeable future because of her effort.

Do not do any of your banking business with this company!! After doing business with them for over 10 years they could not and would not lower a final credit card balance. They have horrible customer service, and care less about their existing customers. Half of there locations were closed during Covid and I had to drive around the state of NJ to find an open open to pay my bill. Which i did all during Covid- Closing my accounts and any loans I have with them, not worth the hassle. Stay away from United Teletech Financial-
