I recently moved into the area and needed new appliances. I always prefer to shop independent local businesses. The kitchen is kind of small and I was limited to a narrow fridge so I called them to see what they had. I was injured at the time and couldn't get out. I told the guy who answered that I needed some info regarding a fridge. From his reponse, "whats the model # ?" I gathered that he thought I was shopping around. I told him I'm limited to a 31 1/2" wide fridge and wanted to know whats available. He replied that he had a lot of customers in the store, was very busy, and would call me back. It's now been almost a month. Never heard back. I also needed a Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. Too bad.

The guys at Ajay are the best. We purchased our fridge, washer and dryer from them My salesman Doug is no nonsense, easy to work with and didn't play the usual hard sell and games I've experienced at other dealers. Plus they offer free delivery, installation and haul away of your old appliances. Try finding that elsewhere. The delivery crew arrived on time, were super friendly and installed quickly. Highly recommend Ajay for all your appliance needs.

I purchased an appliance bundle that was delivered today. Not only did they save me almost 1k, (over big box stores) their delivery and installation techs were fantastic! This place is a gem.

After several failed delivery attempts by 2 other stores trying to replace a walloven. Ajay gets it done correctly. This place seems to be the only appliance store around that actually knows what they are talking about, they got me what I needed and had the install of my wall oven done within a week.

instead of using the big box stores I thought I would use a smaller mom and pop store. I purchased a GE Dishwasher. First I dealt with Doug, who was no help at all. Actually my daughter found one on line and we ordered it on 1-21-23. installation was a breeze or so I thought. After the cycle water came pouring out from beneath the machine flooding my flooring. I ran for towels. I couldn't get service until Wednesday. in the meantime, water was still coming out. This was an emergency situation. I called Joe and he said they'd be out at 1:00. At 5:20 service arrived. They said an elbow on hose wasn't tightened. REALLY!!!! There is no excuse for this incompetence. meanwhile my floor is warped. I will never set foot in this store. They give you the runaround and there is no "Customer Service "

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer roughly 12/12/22. I asked Joe (I believe his name was) if the 120v washer dryer had a normal three prong plug, he said yes. So I ordered the washer/dryer. Well it did not have a normal plug. To make a long story short. I called the store when I opened the washer dryer and asked to speak to Joe. He conveniently wasn’t there until tomorrow. The guy on the phone told me he will have Joe call me the next day ( also Joe is the sales manager) because he sold me the washer dryer. Well it’s 1/4/23 and I am still waiting for JoeI don’t know how to reply to you, but I do want to say, the “ in stock “ was not a concern for me. I specifically asked you if it was a normal plug and you said yes ( I live in an apt and the plug was important and you said you understood so it was mentioned) so I ordered the washer dryer, I am not here to argue and maybe you really are apologizing but it’s a shame that no one told you I called. Thank you for replying back to me

I ordered a microwave and trim kit online after speaking with a rep a week before that said he would get back to me. I ordered it online because he never called me back whatever it’s fine I thought and ordered it. Then I got a call 4 days later to tell me that they will be here today to install!!! Awesome!!! Today I’m waiting and they called me to let me know they are ordering the microwave and trim kit? I said I received a call last week that you were coming Tuesday to install it. The guy in the phone didn’t answer that question and was very disinterested. The way he spoke said it all to me….. very blah didn’t care, so I said cool just refund the money I paid you. They didn’t say sorry for anything. They did t address anything. Just simply ok. I bought new washer and dryer not to long ago because our dryer broke and my wife said well just get both lol. We didn’t need both but ok I bought both from them, so I spend money when not needed but I will not spend it with them ever again. You guys did great.

Bought a washing machine then the old one started working before the new one was delivered. Company was very gracious and accommodating when I cancelled the new one.Well guess what? As i sit here I am waiting for the new washer, that's right the old one broke again.There are reasons to use a good old neighborhood store over the mega chains and this is one of them.Sometime it ain't about the Benjamins!Thanks Ajay, you're the best.

I wouldn't buy anything from them if they were the last appliance store on the planet, They don't care about anything except just showing you whatever they can and try to rip you off at the same time, They are extremely overpriced and hope that you don't price check them, Rude and smelly salesman as well I will be spreading the word

Ordered/paid for 2 new refrigerators over 4 months ago. Finally got a call that they would be delivered on Saturday. After several postponement phone calls from store, drivers finally showed up at 7 PM. ( so I lost a days pay for nothing.) The delivery man started, unpacking the fridge outside and asked us where we wanted "it" to go. Soon to find out, they only had one. our food was in coolers all day. the delivery men were very courteous and polite and apologize repeatedly. We were told there was nothing they can do until Tuesday because the store is already closed and it will be closed on Sunday and Monday. My wife was called on Tuesday morning to be told that it will not be delivered until noon. Also taking the day off of work. after delivery men brought the second fridge in they proceeded to reverse the door swing. They pushed it in place and left . My wife called and told me something doesn't look right when I got home I noticed that the doors were improperly installed and they were screws missing. When I call the store and spoke to Joe the salesman, he was quick to tell me he's just a salesman and could not care. also that he sold us two fridges and what else am I looking for? For a family owned business to not care about Customer service, or making things right and training their installers is really baffling to me. I would not recommend anyone do any business with such a unscrupulous establishment. This whole purchase has been a nightmare from the start. If I could give them zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
