I have been going there for a while now and I am so very pleased to have found a Nail Salon that cares about their clients. I walked into smiles and approach immediately. Tracy is the best manicurist I ever had. Plus she has a great personality.

Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my nails couldn’t be bothered, she watched tv on her phone the entire time, while doing my pedicure and manicure, barely paying attention to my nails and doing the bare minimum. One of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had, my nails are filed uneven and polish is all over my cuticles. Before I paid I noticed there was polish all over my fingertip on the other side, I asked her to remove it and she scraped it off, barely spoke two words to me the entire time. Barely filed my toenails, the quickest lightest massage on both the hands and feet. I’m sure there are other manicurists who are great there, however, this one ruined my experience and I will not be taking my business back here. Very disappointed in my nails after spending $60 plus tip.

I’ve been a client of this nail salon since early 2020 when I was referred by my cousin for their amazing service. It has been great family like service up until today. I’ve gone every 2/3 weeks for fills, gel manicures for the past 3 years. I took almost year off from mail services due to veterinary school. Now that I am able to have fun nails again, I decided to go back to get a set for my birthday that was April 3rd. I always get a gel set in April and take the set off after a month then continue with gel manicures on my natural nails since they’ve grown under the set. That was my intention this time however after getting my set on 4/1 my thumb nail completely popped off on 4/7. I unfortunately was working 12 hour shifts all weekend plus Monday so I did not have the time to come in for a fix. I was able to make it in on Saturday 4/8 @ 3pm during a break at work and was told to please return @ 4pm. I couldn’t return due to work, so I made it back in salón on 4/11 since I got off early. I utilized the time off early to go get my nail fixed. Tim did my nails on 4/1. He’s great however I truly feel he rushed since I was his last client of the day. I didn’t feel my nails were completely curated although he assured me they were fine dry and good to go. Tim was not in on Saturday when I was able to make it in @ 3. Today I went and he wasn’t in again. No biggie, I have experience with Tracy doing my nails as well and she was there to help. Unfortunately, the owner, Amy, told Tracy to ask me if I want a fill instead so I wouldn’t have to come back in a week. I answered that I am only interested in fixing the broken nail and I understand and am okay with the new nail being behind in growth next to the original set. She then stated I would have to pay for the mail to be fixed being that it is now over a week. I find that outrageous that I’ve been a happy and established client for almost 3 years now, and this is my first issue with my nails. My first and last. Why in the world would I pay $40 for a fill 1 week after paying $65 for a set? I was peeling an orange, my thumb nail should not have popped completely off the way it did had they been done correctly and not rushed. Upon making my decision to say forget about it and leave, Amy and I spoke. She started off professionally explaining the 1 week policy of a broken nail fix then took a left turn and raised her voice whenever I tried to reply stating it is not their fault my nail broke. It’s not my fault either, so maybe it’s the orange’s fault? Or the product? Not too sure. I’m only sure I will not be returning. Amy was actively working on a client while she was speaking to me and never paused to speak to me. Imagine getting your nails done and your nail tech is barely looking at your nail while drilling? Just figured I share my first and last bad experience that made up my mind to never return despite my almost 3 years of good service. Very very disappointing experience. This was my first time at this business. I did have an appointment. I did not feel welcomed when I initially walked in. I chose a color that they did not have which was another disappointment. This was not disclosed to me until I was in the middle of getting a pedicure. The attendant seemed extremely impatient when I had to pick a 2nd color. She had no patience whatsoever. I did not like the initial 2nd color when they put it on one nail. The attitude was even worse after that. I chose not to get any color put on as they did not have the color that was pleasing to me. In addition the negative attitude that I felt as I was sitting there was very uncomfortable. I just paid for getting my polish removed and left. I have had my nails done in many places, but I highly recommend NOT going here! There are too many other nail salons to pick from that would treat a new customer they way they should be treated.Service: Pedicure

I used to be a very loyal customer to alpha, even after moving about a half hour away. YET, i have to say this place is absolutely horrible in the way they treat their customers. I’m not one to leave a review but this time it’s warranted. I recently stopped going due to humiliation by staff, and the insane increase in price and quality of acrylic sets. I bite my nails, it’s a bad habit i’ve had since i was younger, and the nail tech/ owner and her husband would always make humiliating comments about it. on top of this, pre covid their prices were reasonable. I understand after covid most places raised prices for certain product and service, yet 70-80$ for an acrylic set with a basic nail polish is crazy to me, not to mention they’re extremely rough when doing the nail, i bleed almost all time when they cut my cuticles , and if you ask them to fix a mistake they may have made they will charge you for it. my sets have been extremely inconsistent with nail length, and shape. Lastly, after seeing reviews left by other people with same experiences, the response from the owners is horrifying, and clearly shows they can’t handle negative feedback to better their business, or take accountability.

I went in to get an acrylic fill & she was extremely rough. She did not even give me a color palette to look at. She used a nail tip to get my old acrylic off and basically was ripping them off damaging my nails underneath. My right thumb nail is bleeding because she yanked it off. When I said you’re hurting me she said it’s fine. I just walked out & left I would never recommend this place. Terrible service.Service: Acrylic nails

I used to go to a nail salon and my nails world pop off or get ruined with in 2 weeks. after switching to Alpha Nails not only is everyone friendly there but they do an amazing job and my set of nails last months.
