The retail associates do not make you feel welcome. They only talk to each other. One lady begins to help me but then disappears, perhaps because she thought I was not going to buy anything and went to assist someone else.

Love this store and the employees. They know their product really well and they are so helpful with sizing and styles. If it's not in stock, they will order it and send it to your home free of charge. Don't be shy, they really are happy to help.
