Go visit America's Best in Toms River, NJ just to see their associate Joseph. He is the best. While you are having a great conversation and customer service, get some glasses.

Monica in the Toms River location was very kind, and helpful on our visit in recently. My son, did not have an appt, and forgot to print his prescription from a different eye doctor. Monica took care to help us out fully. Thanks so much!

I would not recommend this facility to any person I know. I waited over 1 hour to place my order for new glasses. I purchased my frames from another facility and was informed that this wouldn’t be a problem. Once sitting with the employee I asked how her day was and she responded back don’t even ask. Immediately I could tell she was having a bad day but her attitude to be was unwarranted. She then proceeded to do everything possible to not help me and told me their lab would not make my glasses with these frames. Utter waste of my time and the employee Cathy completely ruined my evening. It wasn’t as much as them not being able to make my glasses but her personality and rudeness. Everyone has bad days but I wasn’t the reason for her bad day. But she tried to be the reason for my bad day. I choose kindness over all. Go somewhere else.

Optometrist was a very professional and friendly lady. She was very patient with me, since I have really bad eyesight.The other staff was pleasant and helpful as well.Will continue going here.

I used to love coming here. I even have insurance but have chose for years to come and pay out of my own pocket. This has been the worst experience. I walked out. The staff was so unprofessional at the front desk talking inappropriately. Aside from that this place was completely OVERBOOKED that people were standing everywhere. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this was just a horrible experience all around.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Danesha today at check out. She had my insurance print out in front of her that said my 2 copays are $10 and $30 for a total of $40. She hands me the bill and it’s for $60. I ask why and she gives an attitude saying prices go up and that’s it. I ask why the paper in front of her says something else and she just said if I want a manager to explain it again she will go get one. No customer service here at all. My doctor was very nice though.

This was my first time here. Every person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. My sales associate, Joey, was the best! He helped me pick out a pair of great frames. He was a pleasure !

It turned out to be just as expensive as my eyeglass place. They bragged that you will save money but by the time you get your bill, it’s about the same. The glasses were inferior. One of my eyeglasses lasted six months and broke. The other eyeglass Was not set correctly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay with who you’re using now and save money time and frustration.
