Nicole was an absolute pleasure to have cut my hair. She offered advice and helped me do what was best for my hair. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism. Thank you, Nicole! I will definitely be back. The salon has a nice atmosphere and are reasonably priced.

my stylist was Jennifer. Went in as a first time customer needing a new cut to “fix” what I had going on. She asked me if I had pictures of what I wanted, I said yes and showed them to her. She seemed confident. I’d read her reviews and saw pics on her instagram. I did mention to her I tried to repair my bad cut by cutting some of my own hair. her comment “you can do what you want with your hair. its your hair, doesn't mean I can fix it” she said this in a kind of mocking singing manner. came off as rude, condescending, and judgmental. Should've been red flag #1. I noticed her hands were shaking as she was cutting (red flag #2). She dropped a comb and also burned my scalp with a curling iron (red flag #3) “oh did I burn your scalp?” and didn't even apologize for it. The haircut looks worse than what I came in with. Not sure where the instagram pictures on her page come from either as some of the pics I showed her were from her own page and my hair looks nothing like the pics I showed her. Terrible! besides her criticizing my hair and being snotty, there was really no conversation. I’m not much of a chatterbox but a little personality in your stylist goes a long way. Seems the only somewhat friendly one is the receptionist. Won’t be returning. Also, don’t get why some personal information is required upon check in. It’s not an interview. I should’ve listened to the red flags. live and learn. First and last time here.

I called the salon as a new client, overdue for my roots to be done. I was offered an appointmrnt LATER THE SAME DAY! Julie (who was lovely , friendly and talented)-matched my color absolutely perfectly! She also gave me a beautiful, shiny blowout. Thank you so much, I will be back!

Absolutely loved my visit, and Adrianne was amazing! She did a phenomenal job with my hair and was so kind and great to talk to. I’m incredibly thankful for the care and attention she put into her work with my hair. I 10/10 recommend. 5 stars

5 stars not enough!!! From moving here from North Jersey It was hard to find a salon. Yep, I tried 2 before I was recommended to Appearance Workshop by a friend. Well, since that recommendation I have used them for my daughters wedding, me, the bride and the bridesmaids, and have been back to the salon since!! For color, and hair cut and I could not be happier. So friendly and the girls explain everything every step of the way. I make 2 or 3 appointments in advance that is how sure I am of this salon. Make an appointment today!!!!

Happy I found this place! I have thick long wavy extremely frizzy hair and Christina can manage all of it! She does my color perfect and gives me a fantastic blow out!!

I have quite curly hair and haven't gone to a salon since 2019 because they never know how to work with my natural texture so I was a bit nervous to try Appearance Workshop out. I was so so so pleasantly surprised!! The staff are so nice, Gianna cut my hair and she listened to everything I said. She was so kind and friendly, making conversation through the whole appointment. The salon is beautiful and clean, the whole experience from setting an appointment to actually getting the haircut was truly outstanding and changed the way I feel about salon for ever! I will be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone I meet!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I called on a Friday morning, hoping they would have an opening for the same day. They did, and I got an appointment for a cut & style with Gianna. First, I was so happy to see how clean & neat the salon is. I met Gianna for the first time, and almost immediately felt comfortable with her. She listened to my input and ideas. She made me feel like getting my hair done with her was a project that we worked on together! She took her time, explained what she was doing, and gave me a cut & style that I love! I will be coming back.
