I stopped by the AT&T on Hooper Ave!
The customer service was honestly amazing, and the deals they have are even better. Ezekiel helped us out and was super patient and knowledgeable. He really made sure we got exactly what we needed without any pressure. If you're thinking about stopping by, definitely ask for him!

I was in and out within 30 min. He was very knowledgeable. I upgraded my phone. Last time I was at a at&t store I was there over an hour.

I went in to see what it would take to upgrade our phones. The man at the store (forgot to get his name) was amazingly honest. He told me it made more sense to wait the 6 remaining payments than to pay out now. I truly appreciate his honesty. His job is to sell as much as he can, but his advice was in the best interior the customer.

Went into this location today to cancel my AT&T account as they have been gouging me with prices every month and it is completely unfordable now that I have paid off my device and I would like to unlock my phone pay my current balance due and get a code so that I can leave AT&T and unlock my phone. The sales person you have in this location today, January 21 at 12 noon started the conversation by telling me I couldn’t have what I needed when I asked him and then when I was trying to pay my bill in cash, which is a normal form of American currency, I was told he doesn’t have Cash in the store to make change of a $20 bill when I told him those were the only bills that I had and I was only going to be paying in cash. He then went in the back to ask an employee if they had changed then came back and told me that they didn’t have change. I asked him if he would like to leave the store and go to the store next-door and get changed for me because it is not my responsibility to make change for AT&T he then said he is not allowed to leave the store and I mentioned that there were other employees in the back and why couldn’t he send them and he said he can’t. Then went on to say it’s not my rules and I don’t make the rules and you need exact change when you come here. I said oh that should be posted on your front door so that people who are paying cash should know they should bring exact change because you are doing absolutely nothing for the customers that walk into your location. Maybe you should also take off your Columbia sweatshirt so people know that you work for AT&T why this sales associate couldn’t make change for me nor could he take my payment he then gave me my money and sent me on my way and said nasty comments to me as I left the store quietly great job AT&T you’re really doing a wonderful job and this guy should get a raise! I now understand why you suck

Upgrading your phone can be stressful. However at this AT&T location we felt at ease. The technician that set the account up sold us the phone, excellent. Our phone had to be ordered so we had to go back when we had new phone for setup and again the greeting from the technician was excellent. They explained everything about contract fully answered all questions until we understood about our contract. Keep up the excellent customer service 👏
